Nice light bag with plenty of storage, however played in rain yesterday for the first time and pockets mostly dry but a little damp so not 100% waterproof. The biggest let down is the fastening to hold to umbrella in place. One piece of cord and a little spring clamp that is nowhere near sufficient to keep the umbrella securely stored on the bag, look like a bit of an after thought. Wouldn't buy this bag again.

I bought a golf bag on a local dealer almost one year ago, the bag was perfect for me, unfortunately i had had a problem with one of the seam.
As soon as i fill the support form, they answer me back in only few hours, kindly helping me to complete the non compliance procedure.
They send me a new bag the same day i contact them.
I'am now a very happy and fidelized client.

Avoid this company
If I could do 0 stars I would do. I brought an expensive BIG MAX trolley and within 2 months it’s started to wear and brake. I sent a few emails and submitted a warranty claim as all spare parts are sold out. The worst part is the service, it’s horrific, no one wants to help, out of office emails are the wrong dates and only people who can help are off with no out of office emails so leaves you hanging. Avoid their products as once you’ve purchased your on your own.

I bought a golf bag for my wife. After a few months the bag stand mechanism failed. Big Max honored their warranty and shipped a brand new bag. Customer service response has been very prompt.

Ich hatte heute ein Erlebnis der besonderen Art! Ich habe vor einem Tag ein Ersatzteil bei Big Max bestellt. Dieses wurde sofort versendet und heute brauche ich ein weiteres sehr günstiges Teil noch, wo man mir trotz des bereits erfolgten Versand das Porto gelassen hat. Unglaublich gute Beratung am Telefon extrem freundlich und nett und das Produkt spricht für sich. Absolut für Menschen zu empfehlen, die ein geringes Packmaß für ihren Troley brauchen, weil sie einen Sportwagen oder Zweisitzer fahren. So sieht Kundenservice aus! Uneingeschränkt zu empfehlen.

I submitted a warranty Claim, and to be fair received a response within the allotted time frame given.
However Big Max are not prepared to stand over the product as it is just outside the warranty period. I want to highlight a Quality issue for anyone that is looking at buying one of these Golf Bags.

I recently purchased a BIG MAX Blade IP 2 push cart and the experience from start to finish was outstanding.
Before purchasing, I reached out with a few questions and the team at BIG MAX was incredibly responsive and helpful. Doug and Michael took the time to answer my questions, share a comparison video, and even helped me locate a unit locally at the PGA Tour Superstore in Greenwood Village, Colorado.
What really stood out was the level of customer care. After I purchased the cart, they offered to send a cup holder and umbrella holder as a courtesy. That kind of follow-through is rare these days and says a lot about the company.
As for the product itself, the Blade IP 2 is fantastic. The design is clean, high quality, and incredibly functional. It folds down easily, feels very stable on the course, and simply looks better than most push carts out there. In my opinion, BIG MAX feels like the “Apple” of the push cart industry—great design, thoughtful engineering, and a premium feel.
My daughter and I both use it and it makes walking the course much more enjoyable.
Highly recommend both the product and the company.
Garantie wertlos
An meinem Trolley ging im Mai 2025 die Bremse kaputt. Big Max war 6 Monate lang nicht in der Lage mir ein Ersatzteil zu liefern. Im Januar 2026 sollte ich dann den Trolley einsenden. Wie ich allerdings Sperrgut versenden soll konnte mir der -Kundenservice nicht sagen. Das Ende der Geschichte ist also, der Trolley bleibt defekt und die Garantie die Big Max auf seine Produkte gibt ist wertlos. Ich kann daher nur von der Marke abraten.

Big Max gave some great products but the manufacturing is not faultless and customer service in response to issues proved, in my case at least, to be none existent. Fingers in the ears and "nah, nah, nah"!

in Spetember 2023 I was bought a big Max Aqua Tour 3 Golf Bag as a birthday and until now just over 2 years later was happy with the product. this was until, nearly two week ago one of the zips on the bag broke. there was not sign that this was going to happen. i submitted a claim to Big Max with all the relevant evidence and proof of order etc but was told that as the warranty expired the claim was thrown out. I do appreciate that the warranty had expired but i would not expect a zip to break on a book that is not frequently used therefore wear and tear would be quite low. No solution offered at all. they hide behind T's & C's. Be warned that this company with not help you if you have a claim.

BIGMAX Aqua Sport 360…
Leider war mein BIGMAX Aqua Sport 360 Bag nach 6 Monaten bereits mit mehreren Mängeln behaftet: Schweißnähte von zwei Reißverschlüssen lösten sich, Auflagenbreich für den Trolley eingedrückt/eingerissen und die Schaftunterteilungen (dünner Stoff) haben angefangen sich aufzulösen. Vor jeder Schlägerbenutzung musste ich diverse Fäden vom Griff entfernen. Vielleicht habe ich ein Montagsbag erwischt. Kurzum: Nach Vorlage/Einreichung der Rechnung und Bilder wurde das Bag sofort ausgetauscht. Ich konnte mir sogar in der gleichen Preisklasse ein anderes Bag aussuchen.
Insgesamt ein super Service, mit sehr netter und schneller Kommunikation!

Big Max Aqua Silencio 4 - never again!
Bought the Aqua Silencio 4 cartbag in April 2023.
Manufacturers warranty is 2 years and after 2 years and 4 months one of the zippers failed. Claimed at BM but they replied to contact the supplier. The supplier (Jumbo Golf) tried at BM but the claim was refused (warranty and quality only lasts 2 years). The shop (Jumbo) also did nothing to keep their long term client, not even grant a discount on a new bag. Never any Big Max again and never at Jumbo again!!
