I cannot thank Ian enough for turning what started as a disappointing situation into an exceptional experience.
Unfortunately, the vehicle I had originally reserved online could not be sold to me due to an unexpected fault.
Ian went above and beyond to find me a much better alternative, which fell well within my budget.
Despite an initial decline for finance, Ian worked tirelessly, even after closing time and liaised with Nahid to help secure the approval for finance needed.
Ian demonstrated outstanding dedication, patience, professionalism, and genuine care from start to finish.
Thanks to his commitment, I collected my new vehicle on 28/06/2026 with immense pride and excitement.

SCAMMERS AVOID

Brought a car a year and a half ago.as a new driver they Very aggressively miss sold me insurances/ warranty. First the tyre insurance was sold to me as "four new wheels" turns out they only patch so that was 800 down the drain. Secondly my fuel pump went on Friday afternoon, tried calling the after sales team on Saturday, and they clearly think that breakdowns only happen Monday to Friday so don't need to be open of a weekend. Reading online it looks like the warranty I got isn't worth the paper it's written on so preparing myself for a long legal battle. Also I think the 50 point check they do is fraudulent as my car failed it's first MOT after purchase, it's a seat arona tsi 1.0 with 35k miles no way should that of failed if they did there job properly.

I would be very wary of the few positives reviews they have, please check the big motoring world unofficial complaints group before using may save you some stress.

As you can see from the reply below they have completely ignored the issue of miss selling insurance and warranty.

Secondly do you believe anyone thinks you check your car's with the amount of problems people are facing these cars.

Thirdly this might be a third party the warranty but it's also a sister company owned by the same person so that's extremely misleading.

Perhaps don't sell cars that are not up the standard you say they are.

Brilliant service by Mehmet and Gulcan, knowledgeable, friendly and made the whole process smooth quick and easy. They were able to answer all my questions with care and professionalism, and wasn't too pushy with extra sales, got me a good deal on trade in!. Great advice and service

This is, without question, one of the worst companies I have ever dealt with. They sold me a vehicle with faulty brakes and then made my refund conditional on my agreeing not to take legal action—something I have documented in email correspondence. Their sales team is responsive and helpful right up until they have your money. After that, the level of customer service is nothing short of disgraceful.

Their slightly lower prices are a false economy. Save yourself the stress, the wasted time, and the potential safety risk by spending the extra £1,000–£2,000 with a reputable dealer. Their advertised "200-point inspection" is completely lacking in credibility. Either the inspection was never carried out properly, or their standards are so poor that a vehicle with dangerously defective brakes was still deemed fit for sale. Neither explanation inspires any confidence.

In response to criticism, the company has said that because they sell a high volume of used vehicles, some cars may inevitably have faults they are unaware of. That excuse is completely unacceptable when it comes to fundamental safety issues. Missing a worn trim piece or a faulty sensor is one thing; selling a car with failing brakes is another entirely. If your inspection process cannot identify a defect that puts lives at risk, then your quality control is fundamentally broken.

This company appears far more concerned with processing high volumes of sales than ensuring the vehicles they sell are safe or providing meaningful support when serious problems arise. Based on my experience, I would not trust them with my money or my safety, and I would strongly recommend that anyone considering buying from them looks elsewhere.

Terrible aftercare…………12 hours into owning the vehicle a fault developed. Bearing in mind I picked it up at 5pm which meant only driving it home.company not interested in helping and the report I’ve had completed by an independent company contradicts big motoring world findings when they prepped the vehicle. DID THEY EVEN LOOK AT THE VEHICLE BEFORE SELLING IT

Purchasing generally good , friendly helpful staff.Busy at weekends .
Follow up admin quite efficient / prompt . Can’t comment on customer after sales care as early days , but do forward contact number for help lines .

Ir ecently visited Big Motoring World and was genuinely impressed by the level of service I received from start to finish. The staff were welcoming, professional, and never made me feel pressured into making a decision. They took the time to answer all of my questions thoroughly and allowed me to browse and inspect the vehicles at my own pace.
The selection of cars was excellent, with plenty of choice and vehicles presented to a very high standard. The whole process was straightforward, transparent, and stress-free, which made the experience enjoyable rather than overwhelming.
What stood out most was the helpful and friendly attitude of the team. They were knowledgeable, patient, and clearly focused on helping me find the right vehicle rather than simply making a sale.

Mr. Bali at Enfield branch made it easy for me understand what services were available apart from just buying a car, such as finance, warranty and addon to keep the vehicle in a good state and peace of mind.

From start to finish of buying a car from them, it was a very smooth transaction. All of the people that helped us through the process, were very nice & helpful.

Bought a car from Big Motoring World just one month ago and the battery has already failed. The car is covered by a 3-month warranty, but getting help has been very disappointing. I've been told it won't even be looked at until the end of the week, leaving me without a car. I expected much better customer service and a quicker resolution for an issue so soon after purchase.
