Jake was a fabulous sales man . Extremely helpful not pushy like some garages we called in ! That’s why we brought the car off him .

I had an appointment to view a vehicle and travelled 105 minutes /77 miles to the Peterborough site. I arrived 10 minutes early and checked in with reception. I was then ignored for 40 minutes while they dealt with people who walked in AFTER me. After sending a complaint email I was quickly contacted to discuss, but they wanted to give me an email address to which they say I should lodge an official complaint??? I had already done that so what was the point of the phone call? The caller then said he would delete my "customer profile" so that I would not be contacted again. What happened next?......... I received a further text with a further appointment for next Saturday! Why on earth would I repeat that journey and waste all that time to be ignored? I already told the caller I would never walk through their doors again due to the dreadful service! What a joke! This company has no regard for customers. You are just a number in their system. I only scored them 1 star because Trustpilot won't let you score 0 stars!

If you’re thinking about financing a car I would definitely recommend Big motoring world! My first caw was a disaster and since then I have been using big motoring world and it’s honestly so simple and everything is explained. Everyone from the moment you enter is super friendly and kind even when you have received your car they really do help! I will definitely continue to purchase my car from here! i brought a car from these guys. Happy with the service i received and was happy with the car. I brought the extended warranty to cover me. Now i need to use the warranty for something and i have been told i have to pay for the diagnostics (which i have been quoted around £900) and they will only pay for the repair if successful. If you do buy a car DON'T buy the warranty as it is worthless. In fact I wouldn't even recommend buying a car from them.

Terrible customer service. Booked a test drive sat for an hour before anyone saw us to be told they had sold the car. Wasted journey.

The people in Big Motoring World were fantastic, answered any questions, provided support in securing the car.
Initially, we reserved the car in order to make a suitable decision for ourselves and this was encouraged - never any pressure to buy immediately. However, we then received a call suggesting that we could not reserve the car and that he would be removing it. It felt like we had to buy the car or leave it and he was quite rude with any response we provided.
We contacted the lovely people at Fengate again and they were most supportive in finding a solution that would enable us to secure the car and progress forward. This i cannot fault.
It is a shame that the main office feels it necessary to 'undo' your hard work.

Dawid was very down to earth and everyone involved was friendly, professional and polite.
We had an issue with my husbands car which would not start when we went to leave. Despite it being New Years day, everyone could not have been more patient and helpful, even attempting to jump start the vehicle, to then, helping manouvre the vehicle off the car park.
We were heartfelt impressed with the generosity, help and support provided.

But what happens there is for your trade in vehicle all done on there site,you tell them all about your car , what’s wrong with it , if anything?
Then they give you a low value for a poor condition (£3500)and a normal value (£6077) if the car is in showroom condition. My car was impeccable, I expected maybe £5500. ( I had already shown my car to two other companies and was offered £6000)After a hour & half they come back to me offering £2500 saying they don’t sell the trade ins they give them to an auction. Well about another hour or so of arguing I eventually got a bit more for my trade in. In a nut shell I was approximately £1000 out of pocket

Deniz was very helpful. There was a fault on the car on the day I had planned to drive away, but this was repaired in a couple of days and as I had to make the long journey again to collect he made sure there was enough fuel for me to get home as promised due to the inconvenience.
All the staff were really friendly and welcoming which is always a good thing when walking into a business.
Very dog friendly also which for me is a plus as my dog comes with me everywhere!!

First class experience right from the start.
Cean the sales guy was polite and attentive through out the whole procedure explaining everything in detail and not rushing us.
The finance team were brilliant as well. They even helped me with the navigating of my phone because I'm not very savvy with technical things.
Mosh did the hand over and he was attentive, polite and professional with his attitude to doing things right.
Over all the experience was pleasant and enjoyable and would recommend Big motoring world to anyone looking to purchase a car

It’s quite a long winded process, but we were well looked after and everyone was really nice and helpful

Very friendly staff. Not pushy, wanted to ensure what was right for the customer. Very welcoming environment, and offered suggestions of where to eat/drink in the meantime when I had to wait for my vehicle to be checked.

Upon arriving after a 7 hour journey by train, I was assigned a saleaperson. I requested checking the chassis number and the car documents (such as service history, etc), I was told directly that I need to purchase the car first before hand. Amazingly odd to me despite what the lady on the phone who called me the day before I went there said I can access those information.
It's client's absolute right to check those documents before anything else so they can purchase with peace of mind.
Anything I asked about the car documents went on deaf ear by the sales rep there. They said you can only view the car itself before purchase but not the documents. Upon objection to this I was told 'you can leave if you want' and you should have trusted us to have shown up here on our compounds.
The only answer I got was this is a multimillion dollar business hence we're trustworthy. I explicitly explained to them this has nothing to do with my purchase but that's all I heard as if the only thing that mattered was they're the best in the world thus i need to pay them the money to prove they're the best.
Inspected the car and purchased it in cash taking a big risk, with three months warranty. Now I find that one (out of two) of the remote car key fobs does not work despite replacing its battery with a new one making me abit worried.
A multimillion dollar venture needs to act professionally and put clients' interest and trust first not their own sheer interest.
