I received very helpful and professional support from the BigRock team regarding a security issue with my WordPress website. The support team carefully checked the issue, scanned the hosting account, identified the malicious files, placed them in quarantine, and provided clear guidance on the security steps I should take.
I particularly appreciate their patience, prompt responses, and willingness to check the server-side security concerns in detail. The support team also confirmed that no suspicious cron jobs were found and guided me regarding password changes and checking plugins and themes.
