We have been with Bill Griffin couple of years now and have changed cars along with my other family members and always dealt with Michael.
No better man to have a deal done within few days and always very happy to deal with Michael as he never has problems on any cases.

My experience buying a car with them was excellent. I felt welcomed from the moment I arrived, even though they were busy, thanks to the friendly receptionist. Liam assisted me throughout the purchase, making the process smooth and straightforward. He was always responsive and took the time to answer all my questions via message.

The entire process was very transparent, and I received the car exactly within the promised timeframe. I’m really happy with it—it was in immaculate condition, clean, and ready to go when I collected it.

Liam was fantastic, providing all relevant information and he made the process as seamless as possible. I highly recommend meeting with Liam to discuss your next car purchase!

Very professional & great communication delighted with my purchase

Liam made the experience so easy and straight forward and would highly recommend him to anyone looking to buy a new car with ease and 0 hassle, thanks again Liam.

If I could give zero stars I would, purchased E-Tron 5 months ago and car has been in Audi dealership a month of that, car has 40,000kms on it, had a recall due on it and wasn't done by the Bill Griffin motors when they imported it, Due diligence? Car now needs a new motor 9k warranty company (Car Simple ) big shout out they have been amazing and are covering 5k, Asked for a gesture of good will and got nothing from Bill Griffin motors at all, beware if want after sales care this is not the company for you. Feeling very disappointed to be honest.

I would definitely recommend Bill Griffin Motors. Liam was very helpful when it came to answering any questions I had and throughout the week he sent me texts updating me on when the vrt was done and when it’s nct was done. I would definitely come back again.

I recently purchased a car from Liam and couldn’t be happier with the experience. From the very beginning, he took the time to walk me through all of my options and really listened to what I needed, both in terms of lifestyle and budget. Rather than pushing for a quick sale, he genuinely steered me toward the best choice for me, which I really appreciated.

Liam’s knowledge of his inventory was outstanding—he was able to answer every question I had with confidence and clarity. What stood out even more was his support after the purchase. He has always been available to take my calls and respond to any questions or queries without hesitation, which made the whole process feel trustworthy and stress-free.

Overall, I’d highly recommend Liam to anyone looking for a car. His professionalism, honesty, and customer care made this one of the best buying experiences I’ve had.

I would highly recommend this great dealership, they take care of their cars and customers. Thank you.
