I would give zero stars if I could. Did not receive my order. Texted Billykirk and the said they will look into it. Over a week later, no word from them.

Item described as is, really like the detail on the belt, also fast shipping.

Products came quickly, quality is on point. Will definitely make future purchases.

The purchased product was smaller than perceived in the photo. The leather was very, true cowhide. For the item it was a bit overpriced.

Emailed customer service to check on the status of my order. Received an almost immediate reply with the cutest response.
(asked if they could add an extra note for an anniversary gift, and they did just that)

Lousy customer service. Why doesn’t anyone answer the phone?

Lousy and unclear return policy. Magically one of the bags I want to return cannot be returned but the others can be returned. Why?

Lousy return procedure. Please make a pdf return slip available that I can download. My phone is not connected to a printer so I can’t print directly off of it. But the return process doesn’t enable me to download or have a pdf return slip be emailed to me so that I can then send it to a third party printing service, like fedex.

The bags were not as nice in person as they appear online.

Been using this wallet for a few weeks now and it may be the perfect wallet for me. Great size, a little larger than a card holder with the ruggedness of a full size trucker. Leather and craftsmanship is great as expected from Billkykirk. Love it!

This leather catch-all was a gift for our son in law. We were very happy with the order~ everything from the packaging, ease of purchase, and quality of the leather item itself. It will be something he will enjoy for many years as a lovely addition to his nightstand.
