Signed up and bonus didn't go on so went on to chat to savannah and it was sorted in minutes, brilliant service.
I had to go through to chat again and spoke to Patrick and he was great as well, I have only good experience of the live chat.

This company is a clear con .
You deposit money and get a bonus of £30 , of that £20 is a bingo playing bonus . But hey after 48 hrs it’s expired , meaning if you win £50 or a £100 or more you cannot withdraw it , so along with the bonus the winnings are also lost in the 48hrs . What an absolute con. Avoid this site and the dodgy bonus .
For the record your company did not reach out to me . I’m referring my complaint to gambling commission
