This product is a scam. BioNature Chromium Polynicotinate and Berberine. They are here to take you money and sell you sugar pills. I have been taking them for 4 months and my blood sugar went up. They taste like sugar and do actually nothing. Of course when you go to return them they try to give you some of your money back, like 30%. I bought the 6 month supply hoping they would do something but they will increase your blood sugar. For the last two month I starting taking twice the recommended amount. 1 in the morning and 1 at night and nothing. This is why I know this product is a scam and anyone associated should be investigated and sued. I am going to bring one of these pills to a lab for analysis of what is in it. Buy products from only highly recognized manufactures directly not through Amazon or other sites. Go to Dr Mercola, Life Extensions or Swanson for example directly. There are so many morons now making fake bottle labels and selling them on Amazon and ebay and you are buying flour. Just like this product it is crap don't get caught up in their fake video of the Doctor with no integrity with his hand full of your money saying how amazed he was with this break through technology. This whole world is becoming full of scumbags, trust NOTHING on social media.

Fortunately my credit card company flagged my purchase from Bionature as fraudulent and they declined payment. They informed me that you should never use a product that is processed through pandacart. Hope that helps someone.

I ordered a 6 month supply. Didn't get it but usps tracking said I did. Now the emails have disappeared from my computer.

I ordered 3 bottles of the Premium Chromium Polynicotinate +Berberine. When shipment arrived I found the product did not match what the advertised product was. They were chewy tablets instead of the special capsules that allowed the product to not get ruined by stomach acid. When attempting to contact the company I was referred to support via email. The email address given doesn't exist. Other reviews shout SCAM

I ordered the 6 month because of the offer of a lower price and a 180 day 100% refund if it did not work. I received 6 bottles of chewable tablets - 1 per day. After using for 5 months - my A1C is elevated yet again. I called for a refund and was told there was only a 90 day refund time frame. What a crock of shite. Do not waste your money or your time trying to deal with the "foreigner" operator that answers the phone. I called 2 times and got the same guy both times. He tried to tell me that the chewables were better than the individual tablets (as advertised in the heart-felt, believable advertisement). Total BS; And yes, they succeeded with scamming another customer - me.

I only rate this a because I could not figure out how to give it a negative 5. I tried to cancel my order before it shipped. The operator said she could not cancel my order but could refund half of my purchase price. I asked if I would still be able to review the product and return it for a full refund. She said "Yes". I made sure of this before accepting the half refund. They then pulled a bait and switch on the product. They did not send what I ordered. Now, because I received a half refund, they "can not refund again on this order". Snake oil salesmen, con artists. thieves and liars. Stay very far away from this company.

I bought this product on a 90 day money back guarantee. Then another screen popped up and said, if I buy more, I will get a 180 day money back guarantee. After 60 days and realizing the product didn't work for, I started exploring the money back guarantee offer. I tried contacting the support email address given on the website, but I never received a reply. I contacted the BBB, and they said they couldn't get in touch with the merchant either. After 90 days went by, I found my Discover Card statement. There was a number for CartPanda. I figured that was only the place that handled the shipment. A couple of weeks went by and I decided to call the number to see if they could help. Well, it turns out, they are the one to contact about a refund. I asked about the 180 day guarantee, but they said there wasn't one, only a 90 day guarantee. They refused to honor their money back guarantee. Their products don't work, and they don't honor their guarantees. SCAM!!

***DO NOT DO IT*** I have just ordered and before I could complete the order, I was getting phone calls pressuring me to double my order. The calls were so ridiculous and many that I immediately sent an email asking for my order to be cancelled....and..."that was not possible as it was already being processed." So, from what I have been reading here, I'll be lucky to even get the product. Why do I listen to the infomercials and get caught up.

I ordered 12 months of product and immediately they stated that 2 pills of each bottle were necessary and that I should purchase a second order at a discount. Now, I knew this was a scam. I canceled the order the same day and they said no. A 50% refund was offered but I said no. I may never receive a refund. The company stated that the bottles will ship and that I should return them for a refund, less shipping and handling. LESSON LEARNED. Do not buy this product!
I just received my one year shipment. Twelve bottles of 30 chewable berberine AND chromium tabs were provided, not six bottles of 60 pills each, as described. I will secure the RA number and shipping address tonight.

I got completely weirded out by the order process. I was filling in my info online and before I could order, I got a call from them. Never had that happen before. Thank goodness my card didn't go thru (it was an HSA visa) and then he became very pressuring for another card or call back later... I said no several times and he hung up. Then I got several more calls and texts from other numbers for this company. So incredibly weird. I'm glad I didn't move forward.

THE WEBSITE AND THE VIDEO SAY 90 DAYS

I listened to the entire interview, noting that several times there was a glitch in the video, making me think it was dubbed. When I looked at the pictures of the bottles, they misspelled Berberine on the bottle leaving out the last E. Then where the ordering starts they say MOUNT instead of MONTH! Too many warning signs for me to make me trust them. Came here to find other people's experiences.

Oh my word ... don't fall for this mess. I started to order after the infomercial and before I could even get done on line the phone rang ... 5:30 a.m. I started to think something is not right about the discount this guy was offering with his "accent" so I hung up before I could process a payment. Literally my phone blew up in seconds ... he probably called back from 4 or 5 different phone numbers within about two minutes around 8 times. I finally answered and said I READ ABOUT YOUR SCAM and hung up and the calls stopped. I then tried to call back four of the numbers and they were bogus. THIS is a SCAM! Wow!

The company blatantly misrepresented its product. It advertised a nanoparticle-enhanced berberine formula with Chromium Picolinate. Instead, it shipped basic chewable tablets containing Chromium Polynicotinate. After 60 days without results, I attempted to contact the company, only to discover the phone number and email are fake. Public complaints confirm this pattern. This operation appears to be a scam. Buyer beware!!!

I gave this product 3 months before getting lab work again and my A1C levels went up by 0.3 points. This was a waste of money in my case.

After I ordered from Instagram - I decided to look up Dr Takashi Kadowaki and his face does not match the person's face on the advertisement. Other people commented this being a scam and looked more like Shinya Yamanaka with Insoo Hyun. Although Shinya's voice did not sound exactly like in the video. When I tried to look up more info like ingredients in bionatureinc.com - there is no ingredients list on back of bottle or anywhere. I tried to reach them at 1-866-637-2482 but they were "closed". I requested a cancellation via email soon after I ordered this through Cart Panda 3 times before they could ship it out - but they shipped it to me anyways - I requested a return shipping label - they finally credited back my account - but what a hassel -- BUYER BEWARE of all the SCAMs out there

I ordered the berberine, and chromium picolinate tablets. Instead they sent me chewables, and the milligrams were less.
I called for a refund, instead they keep trying to just offer you half the money, and you go around and around in circles.
They finally told me to return the product, but I HAVE TO PAY FOR THE SHIPPING AND TRACKING. No way around it. I’ve read other reviews, where people get the chewables. It’s a scam, I don’t think they even have the actual real product that they advertise. Do not order from this company! Hopefully I will get my money back.
