I have being sending you guy email since last year December but no respond.
I haven’t received my items that I order since December 16,2022 and I have send many email but no respond from your side. I even call the number but it wasn’t going.
Can you return my money if the item is not available. Thank you.

Ordering and shipping were great, product was terrible, plastic backdrop that was so wrinkled and ripped we couldn’t use it

They have a large variety of birthday items and hard to find party themes. I have been a customer ever since they were called Celebrate Express... for my daughter's 1st birthday back in '08! Now I'm buying items for her Sweet 16 :)

My order was wrong I contacted them about it and gotten no response

I order 2 packs of 12 each purple round clappers for my granddaughter birthday party. I received 1 pack of 6. I sent an email and you sent me 2 more packs of 6 each which is not enough. I needed 24 each, but have 18 each. Not happy😒

Was honestly a little skeptical based on the low prices and other reviews. However everything came and was shipped really fast!

Shipping took a long time. I received almost everything. I still have not received my piñata and I have emailed and called what number I could find multiple times and still no response. My sons party is tomorrow and I still don’t have an answer on my piñata.

Several Items missing from order, tried to contact several times with no response. No way to call company, not a good company to buy from, i was robbed

They haven't sent me my track number yet and I don't know anything about my package

Missing itens and no refund. They just sent me an order with less items than i ordered and did not reach out to me and kept they same amount charged.
