Ben has a smashing team, most personable, reliable & professional with a special mention to the ever present Abbie on the telephone & latterly to Sean, who was a pleasure to have in the home whilst attending to works yesterday - thank you one & all.

British Gas let us down badly on all aspects of servicing & repairs. Ben & his colleague John have been 100% honest, reliable & we would highly recommend. We now use them for plumbing too. Fantastic bunch. Thanks to all at Bk.

top service, a very pleasant polite engineer

I boooked, two boiler services mine & my mum's. I needed to be present for both. BKplumb went out of their way to bring it in on one day & fixed mum's boiler that had an emergency issue on that same day. Can't fault this service. Big thanks to Abbie & John.

Called Ben with my dilemma he said office would call to book me in, they did! Ben came out that same afternoon , fetched required part and fixed the problem. Excellent , reliable and professional service: A rare thing these days.

Easy to book, quick to respond, attended and located the issue and it was fixed promptly. Also, completed landlord check.

Despite Ben carrying out repairs and replacing parts on my boiler, the original issues persist. Another engineer came out and suggested that a different problem might now be the cause. I’ve tried reaching out to the company to understand why Ben didn’t diagnose this initially, especially since the labour and parts are under warranty and should have been addressed properly from the start.

Having used BK before - when we noticed a leak in our boiler cupboard, which was quite heavy, we called them and they came out straight away, they identified the problem quickly, it was the hot water expansion vessel. Being a household of 5, we need hot water! So they immediately went out and got the spare parts required and came back the same day to fix and replace. Friendly, efficient, and a good contact to have.
