This family run business has gone above and beyond and I can’t recommend them enough. I purchased a Royal Mail style post box and it was really nice, but over the winter months it looked like rust was around the box. I contacted them and sent pictures and even though they assured me it wasn’t rust, they wanted me to be happy. I was offered a replacement and I was so happy. I chose a more expensive one and went to pay the difference and they offered to pay part of the payment as well. I was lost for words and in shock, as family run business in this current climate giving me this choice I’m extremely grateful

Ordered a Victorian Lamppost, apparently shipped as 3 packages however 3 days on from receiving parcel 1, (the lamp housing), still no post which apparently are parcels 2 & 3.
Reported to BCMW but seems they don't know where parcels 2 & 3 are either!
Hopefully we will eventually receive the order in full

I was looking for a novelty gift for a well-loved music teacher who was retiring after many years at a school.
I wanted to find something related to playing music with school kids, and both metal statues were perfect: both in size, decorative, and metallic.
I cannot wait to see his reaction.
Both products came quickly, were packed really well and were of excellent quality. I will be visiting the site again when in need of another novelty gift.
