I had never tried caviar before, but I am very happy that it was at Black River Caviar, the service was a great experience and everything was very delicious.

This is the only company I will buy from. I have been purchasing caviar for 20 years and I found Blackriver about 6 years ago. They will ship to you anywhere! Great caviar and great company!!!

Caviar arrived on time. The quality of the caviar was poor. It may have been old as it was soft. I ordered some for Christmas which was good. I will not order from Black river caviar again.

It was easy to order the caviar and it arrived today on time as promised.

I would like to believe I'm a caviar connoisseur and I must say Blackriver has some of the best tasting, most reliable and consistant tasting caviar for the bests value on the market. Graham is top notch and I appreciate everything!

I gave a specific arrival date when I ordered. Someone misread it as a "to send" date. When I phoned to check on transit, this mistake came to light.
staff and Graham jumped on it, expedited the shipping,included an additional small tin (I did appreciate the attempt to rectify the situation), but it still was one day late.

Had the Siberian which was buttery and yummy. My husband has never eaten caviar before and is not a big fish person. He could not get enough of this stellar product.

Graham, your personal and persistent effort to fix my delivery quandary was successful and much appreciated. The package was delivered to our WI cottage in time for our celebration. Order arrived as requested. No hassle.

Christmas sneaked up on me this year -- and I realized it was December 22ond and had not gotten a gift for my son's Iranian inlaws. They are wonderful people who are very particular about their caviar. I had given them BlackRiver Caviar two years ago, and they loved it.
I ordered it this year, and within a day the caviar was sent.
I am really grateful that BlackRiver caviar has such great service and a great product.

Black River Caviar produces a quality product which (in my case) is delivered across thousands of miles in perfect condition and on time as specified in the order.

Ive been a long time client of BRC, and find it to be the best out there. You pay a little more, but it's worth it. The taste, freshness, everything about it is supreme. Only problems are fulfillment or website, have been thru some issues w/ both, but Graham is always very quick to rectify and solve any issues. I will always go back for more, even w/ some of the shipping glitches or site challenges.
all in all, it's tops!

I have purchased this caviar many times. A few times it was fantastic. The last couple were bad. I related this to Graham was apologized to and promised a treat (which never showed up...) Had this not been 50% off I wouldn't have tried again. My wife loves caviar and this has the potential to be good.
