Callum who's works at Blacks Aintree is a credit to your company and himself
Brilliant customer service to myself and my wife who purchased products, thanks to Callum

Went to buy a bag for when I go backpacking, was shown exactly the right bags and demonstrated how they worked and which would be best for my needs. Martin was the one who helped us through this and made it very easy and quick, alongside the rest of the staff who were very pleasant. Great shop always great deals.

I went into Blacks today to buy a pair of walking boots with someone I received for Christmas. I was greeted by a lovely young man called Callum. I know absolutely nothing about walking boots but I had a budget. Callum explained to me what my options were and guided me through some of the qualities of each style some of the pluses and some of the negatives he was very attentive kind and nothing was too much trouble. My experience of going into blacks to buy walking boots was a very enjoyable one and I have left with the most wonderful pair of merrell walking boots that I am very happy with.

Callum was very helpful.
We had him in and out the stock room for boots our size. Nothing was too much trouble. Bought a pair each.
Thanks Callum - especially after his colleague had to deal with a tricky customer at the till.

Sean and Vicky each served me on 2 different occasions, I literally could not fault their customer service, politeness and friendliness, absolute credit to the company, Blacks Aintree will now aways be my go to shop for this type of gear! Fantastic, well done guys! Carl.

Amazing shop with really positive vibe. Always willing to help and assist. Not too overbearing as in some shops. Thanks to Grace, Emily Martin and Vicky. Always offer the best price and listen to customers. Happy Christmas to all

Sales assistant Vicky was very helpful, polite and courteous. My husband knocked over a display but she told him not to worry about dealt with it without any fuss.
Thank you Vicky for your help in our purchase of buying hiking shoes/boots.

1 star as no option to give zero star
Purchased a pair of Brasher trousers in Keswick
size 12 but short length ( by mistake )
Asked to exchange for size 12 regular length in the Aintree store ( nearest to my location but still 25 mile away )
Clearly unworn
With tags
With receipt
No joy as outside the 30 day rule
Wasted journey
If bought in November the 60 day rule would have applied
Will not be shopping at Blacks again

The Aintree store provided excellent service, particularly from Callum, who went above and beyond to assist us and even offered us brilliant discount.

Went to store today wrong items sent from ultimate outdoors
Martin & Lewis were really helpful excellent customer care & sorted my order out correctly.
One of the best customer service I have had, nothing was to much trouble.
Will definitely shop here in future.

Popped into the store to look for a Christmas present. Grace was very helpful and explained about the offers that were currently on for certain products.

Excellent customer service from Adam in the Aintree Liverpool store.
Very helpful and polite

Extremely helpful & Fantastic service.
By both ladies (Vicky & Emily) 💯

Jack sorted me out, good customer service from all staff good selection of products

Popped into Blacks Aintree today for a browse. Ended up buying new Merrell walking shoes for myself & my wife. Great service as always (we're regular customers), this time by Sean & Adam. I'm usually sceptical about Black Friday deals, however I knew the price of both purchases had been genuinely reduced. Even better, we got Blue Light discount as well.

I bought a pair of walking boots and a pair of walking shoes. When I got home I realised the boots had odd coloured cuffs. I returned the following day, so we could get a matching pair. It was swiftly rectified and a partial refund for the trouble. Happy with the customer service given by Martin

Excellent help from staff member who was also very polite
