AVOID at all costs. Reviews on website are nonsense. Awful customer service once order placed and the gave your money that's it.

People stay away complete scam try getting a refund nearly impossible and they will charge you 50% its in there policy which does not follow and breaches your consumer rights absolutely shocking company please stay away from this utter scam buisness.

I ordered a jacket for my husband and after 2 weeks it turned up . It was the wrong one . Nothing like i ordered , not even the right colour, style genre etc . I contacted them straight away and they did get back to me promptly and were courteous.
I sent the wrong item back and have waited another week or so and it turned up today . They emailed me to let me know it was on its way with a tracking number.
I do believe though that they are a middle man company and just buy in what is ordered to reduce overheads etc which is why it took so long . The picture was a generic picture linked to several different companies. We did notice however that the detail on the sleeves isn't as shown in the picture but non the less, at least it turned up and my husband is happy with it .

Complete scam wont issue refund. Avoid comoletely

My husband bought a suit here for about £100. Measurements were taken before ordering to ensure the right size. The parcel took weeks to arrive; it seems clearly drop-shipped from India or China, using a Birmingham home address to look like a UK firm. They suggested roughly 10 working days, but that was exceeded because the parcel came from across the world. When we contacted them, they kept claiming it was with the dispatch team, which was plainly untrue.

Still, the parcel arrived: straight from the bag, it had a fake Next logo sewn inside, was at least two or three sizes larger than advertised, and had a loose button. My husband chose to return it, and that felt more suspicious, they asked for images and evidence for the return. We explained this was unnecessary; as it was defective, they should supply the return label under their own terms and conditions.

After much debate, we returned it at our own cost. The return address did not match the website, so we sent it back by recorded delivery. We had to chase the refund; they repeatedly offered credit of 40% or 50%, then said the refund would take two or three business days despite confirming receipt.

After that, we issued a chargeback with the bank, as the reviews again suggested something suspicious. The company emailed what felt like blackmail, complaining about a £25 chargeback cost—not our concern, as a business should expect such issues to occur—and basically refused a refund until we cancelled the chargeback. We eventually received a refund, but the company felt like a scam and almost certainly is one. I would suggest ignoring the good reviews, as I feel they may be fake.

This is a SCAM company. Do Not Use....luckily I ordered through Barclaycard who refunded me. AVOID...they do not exist.

To start the order took quite a while to be processed but i was kept in good communication. Anytime I emailed i recieved a reply quickly. My order arrived and I must admit I was pleasantly surprised. The tracksuit i ordered is very good quality. Very happy. I will order again i just know the order will take time.

Total scam. Decided to ask for a refund on a £100 jacket. By the time they had 'deducted' costs I got £22. Total rip off.

Purchased a pair of shorts, July 2nd goods received completely unacceptable August 3rd. Late arrival, poor material quality, not finished,
I requested to return the goods for a refund - was offered a 10% refund with no return address. Since then despite further emails, without reply, has led me to believe I have been SCAMMED

Jacket arrived 5 weeks after ordered. Poor quality, looks terrible and nothing like advertised.
Refused refund. Told out of time for returns even though I contacted them within one hour of receiving item.
Sent photo evidence several times and was offered £60 back for £95 item.
Requested full refund again, and they have now stopped responding.
Reported to my bank as a Scam.

Long wait times. Jacket bought clearly fake. Do not make the same mistake as me and avoid this company!

The lesson I’ve learned after dealing with this company is check Trustpilot first. Ordered a trench coat what arrived was nothing like the image on their website. It was supposed to be pleated, what it actually was a coat with rows of stitching. The sizing was off it didn’t meet their size chart. I contacted my local trading standards officer who advised me to email the company and request a refund quoting the distance selling regulations. I was advised to send images of the coat showing how I measured the coat. I refused to spend my time when I had the regulations on my side. I did send them a screenshot of the consumer protection regulations. They then offered me an alternative coat, a refund or if I wished to keep the coat a refund of 40%. I requested a full refund even if I was going to cost me money to send it back. I checked the Royal Mail tracking and could see the cost had been received last Friday, but had not received any confirmation of a refund which prompted yet another email. I finally received confirmation a refund had been authorised and would be back in my account within 5 - 7 days. If it’s not I’ll be contacting Action Fraud and my bank. This company should be avoided.

I would strongly advise people to think twice before ordering from Blackwell Apparel.

Save yourself the hassle and shop elsewhere.

Jacket arrived and it's good quality and I'm very happy with it. Whilst it took slightly longer to come as I thought it would the company kept me updated and were quick to respond to any emails I sent which gave me confidence to order through them again in the future

Returns and refunds process is efficient. Good score for customer service which is fast and friendly.

I would rate zero if i could. Not a UK company who sell quality items, the goods are from Pakistan and extremely poor quality. Multiple emails telling me its en route, it wasn't - and then when i raised an issue with my bank i suddenly got an email to say it had been lost but was now on the way. Finally arrived, totally awful, poor quality, letting ironed on and missing bits, no labels, just awful - fit for the bin. AVOID this company

I genuinely believed this was a UK company by the way it was advertised, but my package came from Pakistan.
UK Telephone number does not work
Quality of item was awful!
Return impossible.
Full refund impossible although said to have a 30 day return policy.

Totally unprofessional, back and forth emails…. their focus is to wear you out so you give up . That’s how they steal your money.
