After nearly every litre sports bikes over decades, I switched to NX500 last year as great bike for Thailand around town and road trips. The bike did not feel like a 500cc with flat spot and slow acceleration. I decided to copy Patched Bandit and installed Black Widow 300mm Hex full exhaust system, Ordered PowerFlow Intake Kit from 550 Performance and had them do stage 1 on ECU.

My NX500 feels like a new bike, way more fun around town, much quicker acceleration, more torque, lighter and great sound.

Highly recommended if you can spare some cash and want your NX500 to be more fun to ride.

Ordered a 400mm silencer for a 411 himalayan front link pipe to big to clamp up phoned up was ask to take pictures if it was fit for purpose wouldn't need pictures poor quality

sent the wrong fitting exhaust, only found out when it wouldn't sit flush against the manifold....that is a hour of my life I'll never get back. Then my bike sits waiting for the office to reply to an email and no joy. Rung them today, spoke to sales and then told that technical dept will reply to my email and abruptly hangs up. What an awful terrible service! I gave my number plate, model number and still sent the wrong fitted exhaust. Wouldn't be as bad if they had responded!

Great company to deal with! Needed a part for my dad's s1000r that isn't listed separately on there website so gave them a ring to see if they could help, the woman on the phone sorted it out for me straight away and was here next day! Can't fault them, will be using them again! Also the products are quality, definitely worth the money!

J'ai acheté des pare-chaleurs et des tubes de liaison d'échappement pour mon Hayabusa 2023 pour y adapter 2 silencieux universels!
Une galère mais pas du fait de Black Widow Exhausts... Non, non! Une galère à cause d'UPS dont le livreur a eu la bonne idée de poser le colis devant ma porte de maison, non sécurisé... En rentrant à la maison en fin d'après-midi, plusieurs heures plus tard, plus de colis! Disparu, volé!
Le vendeur a ouvert une réclamation et cela a duré des semaines (Plus de 2 mois) et semble-t-il à cause de la faible réactivité du service client UPS!
J'avais payé 44€ de taxes en plus de l'article et la livraison! J'ai demandé à Black widow Exhausts s'ils pouvaient me renvoyer ma commande!
Il m'ont renvoyé rapidement les pare-chaleurs mais en oubliant les tubes de liaison collecteur/silencieux! Le tir a été corrigé très vite et je vient de recevoir la partie manquante de la commande... avec 12,08€ de taxes à repayer à UPS pour une commande gratuite de remplacement!
J'ai demandé à Black widow Exhausts s'ils pouvaient me les rembourser... en attente!
Mais Black widow Exhausts a vraiment fait le maximum, répondant toujours à mes mails et me renvoyant finalement une commande de remplacement maintenant complète!
Alors 5 étoiles pour Black Widow Exhausts... et 0 étoiles pour UPS!

Fantastic customer service.

The exhaust systems are loud, they are renown for being loud and they are straight pipes no cat, what do you expect?
If you go full widow system I'd recommend a baffle.
The quality is great for the price and easy to install (s1000r 2016)
The customer service is insanely good. A bolt came out from the center of my exhaust (my own fault for not tightening enough on install) reached out to widow and they sent me 2 more free of charge and they arrived the following day.

These people are great.
Free next day delivery with a well packaged exhaust. Nicely wrapped with easy to follow instructions. I am so impressed with the quality and service.

I recent bought the 200mm 2018 big bore exhaust system for my cbr 125r and it is am absolute beast. For a 125, it sounds chunky as hell! I couldn't recommend it more

Delivery was quick and instructions easy to follow, easy to install but extremely loud on 200mm oval silencer, 95-99bd on idle, it'd be ok for motorway runs but poor for city/town commutes.
Not worth running the risk of getting a fine from the police.

Received my return a week ago and still no refund, please avoid.

got a full blackwidow x exhaust on my crf250 rally 2020 .
its melting my rear o/s/r indicator ,
phoned and asked them if they have a fix for it.
no help offered !!!
as a mechanical engineer i've asked if they do a baffle that has a bend in the end that would deflect the exhaust gas down a bit ,to stop it melting my indicator ,guess what ???
simple answer , (no !!! )
so onwards and upwards , i've taken the baffle out and taken it to my local engineering shop , they are happy to make one for me ,problem fixed with NO help from blackwidow !
terrible customer service , wish i'd taken the time to read there reviews first.

I ordered 2 x pipes for my CBF1000 and a set of link pipes, they mailed me to check my order as the pipes come with link pipes and I'd ordered extra. They refunded my card for the parts I didn't need and my order was with me next day (today). Very easy to deal with, excellent communications and superb customer service. This is why I've bought from Black Widow in the past and will continue to do so. Thanks guys.

I bought a 400mm exhaust for my Aprilia Tuono v4 to replaced the 200mm one which had no baffle. The new one for straight on, gives off 100db and definitely made the bike faster. Power wheelie in 3rd gear. Amazing how they are so cheap and next early delivery.

Desværre en rigtig dårlig oplevelse med dette firma. Jeg købte et sæt forrør til min Honda Vfr750f, jeg havde naturligvis tjekket at dette sæt skulle passe til min model, en rc36 fra 1990.
Jeg skulle så montere dem sammen med en kammerat, han er uddannet mc mekaniker. Rørene passede langt fra og det tog mange timer at få det til at passe. Der var tydeligvis ikke lavet punkt svejsninger og pga overophedning havde de slået sig alt for meget. Jeg kunne selvfølgelig have sendt skidtet retur, men da også gerne ville ud at køre var jeg i dilemma og valgte altså at montere det skæve sæt forrør. Det forekommer mig mystisk at der ikke bliver lavet en kvalitets test af disse reservedele inden salg, det er absolut ikke i orden. Skal jeg bruge reservedele i fremtiden går jeg udenom dette firma.

I bought a full exhaust system for my GSX-R 600 K6, and visually the system looks high-quality.
However, I noticed that the header flanges don’t tighten evenly. When they sit on the widened area (at the cylinder head), they slide over on the other side.

I contacted the support team, and they asked me to send pictures, which I of course did — but I’ve been waiting for a response for over a month now.

Additionally, it’s worth mentioning that the pipe running up under the footpeg sits very close to the footpeg, even though everything is installed correctly. In the product pictures, there is clearly more clearance, but it’s important to note that those images are not of the actual full system.

Extremely responsive company, kept me fully informed from the instant I ordered, dispatched immediately and informed me as such. Perfectly packed, dispatched to me perfectly and very promptly via DPD.
All round flawless. A lovely exhaust. Great value also.
