I I went into the Paso Robles location of blaze Pizza with a friend we each ordered our own pizza however, when I got my receipt, I didn’t realize till I got home. I was charged for two of build your own pizzas. I was charged $25.98. I called the local number of 805825-2002 and no one answered. I went into the store the next day and the cashier took my name and number and also a screenshot of my friends receipt and she took us a photograph of my receipt. I asked for the manager Adriana to check this out as the cashier could not refund me for the one overcharged pizza four days later I still have not gotten the credit on my bank account. I’m very disappointed with their service, which means I have to go back there today more time and more money was wasted. I would not recommend this location.

I want your blaze Pizza yesterday at the one that I put your eye I ordered three pizzas first of all customer service is a f it was so slow and they had four people working but needs to say two pieces came out and mine was never made and then and it's we can remake it after an hour give me my money back the only thing to measure to say stuff happened no it happened cuz your staff wasn't paying attention to someone else bad customer service

Not sure what all the negative comments are all about, I’ve actually Racked up like 3–4 free 11 inchpizzas from blaze rewards and I eat all Kinds of Pizzas. Unlike spicy Sauce from Major chains like pizzahut, their spicy Peperoni has a nice Kick and hot honey drizzle is good enough to change it up once in a while.
TLDR=crust Never Droops, oil soaks through to the bottom, Ingredienzen are Real Food that Taste good they dont prioritize skimming on Ingredienzen like Dominos. Orders here fulfilled through Door Dash and it is worth making an Account if you like it the First few times, to collect blaze Point and get $5 off or free 11–Inch Pizzas. Good Company to boykottieren if you feel like it. If you want to eat good Pizza, give them a try.

I was considering supporting Blaze Pizza, but after seeing how its operator, Randall, speaks about certain professions, I can’t justify spending my money there. In a public comment, he stated:

“Admin work is simple. Don’t try and make it seem like it takes a lot of brain power. Anyone can work HR, pay invoices, and handle contracts.”

This mindset is both ignorant and dismissive of an entire field of skilled professionals. HR, invoicing, and contract management require legal knowledge, financial literacy, and strategic decision-making. To belittle these roles as “simple” shows a lack of understanding of how businesses actually function—including his own.

If this is how the operator views professionals in administrative and HR roles, I have to wonder how he values the employees who keep Blaze Pizza running. A company’s leadership reflects its values, and based on this, I’d rather spend my money at a business that respects all types of work

my pizza was perfect crispy and cheesy. The stuart location has there store on luck with customer service and execution.!

I ordered curbside pickup at the store in Knoxville, TN at 10978 Parkside Drive. When I arrived, I called the number on the curbside pickup sign. No one answered the phone. I tried calling ten times before I finally gave up. I was unable to go into the store due to a physical handicap. After 40 minutes PAST the time my pizza waw supposed to be ready for pickup, I was finally able to get the attention of someone going inside and I had them relay my message that I was trying to pick up my pizza. I ordered 2/11 inch build your own pizzas with gluten free crust. By the time I finally got them it was 50 minutes late and they were cold and soggy. Had I not already paid for them when I ordered them through the app, I would have given them back once they were brought out. If they are going to have curbside service in their app and parking spots for parking to pick up your curbside order, then they need to answer their phone. I can't believe I received such TERRIBLE service.

The food is good and the service is great. Adam Jansen made me a great pizza btw.

The pizza was deliceous.Certainly one of the best pizzas ever made. The employee, Adam Jansen, was great he helpes me choose whats popular and helped me make a great pizza!

HORRIBLE. we just picked up basically a Bread Pie, No sauce, a large pizza with 10 pieces of pepperoni. 8 slices., 10 pieces, Meat Lovers, RED BARON frozen pizza at Publix is better. I have had there Cauliflower, It was pretty Good, This was just awful. And Tasteless , No sauce !!!! Nothing CALL SICILIAN OVEN, YOU Will BE VERY HAPPY !!!!!!!

Would not let us get a deal that they promised to have pizza was very burnt and there was a giant bone in our chicken pizza and almost chocked. Not good service also. Do Not come here

Blaze Pizza is delicious. They have amazing pizzas, & amazing service too.

Unfortunately, I didn't get my order today.

They used DoorDash to deliver my Pizza and the experience has been absolutely horrible! I had to call Blaze to get a refund when my order never arrived, & then I was redirected to DoorDash to get my refund.

Doordash was zero help. This review isn't about doordash though, so I am going to stop there with that experience.

I did, however, receive a phone call from the manager shortly after my bad experience and Michael, the GM, completely sorted out the issue I had.

I absolutely love & recommend BlazePizza to any pizza lover! The ingredients are always fresh, always REAL, & today, their service really surprised me. I didn't expect a phone call from the manager lol

I hope they discontinue using the door dash service as door dash is the very worst lol 1 star reviews across the board for DD.

Other than that, I have nothing bad to say about Blaze Pizza. They continue to be the best pizza in College Station, Texas.

DON’T WASTE YOUR TIME AND MONEY!!! This pizza store will just swindle you of your money. The advertised picture of their pizza is tremendously different from the pizza you will receive. Buying pizza from them is the GREATEST MISTAKE I EVER DID.

Super Disappointed! Do not waste your $$! Fast food quality and I’m serious! Hardly any sauce and not much cheese nor much flavor at all! Really pathetic actually at the Las Vegas West Sahara location. We ordered basil as one of the toppings also and I kid you not one tiny piece of basil on 4/6 slices on the 11” we ordered! That was it. R u kidding? Terrible! They should fire whomever cooked those pizzas that night! I don’t appreciate getting ripped off! That’s OK what comes around goes around. Oh The Caesars salad has mostly yellow lettuce and looked like it had been sitting in the container for several days! Too many better pizza places out there to spend your money on!

I live in San Diego California and visit the Balboa Ave. location.
I enjoy the pizza and find that it tastes better than the Pieology brand.
The issue I have is this particular location has a nice patio and in San Diego the weather is usually nice but it's so filthy, the chairs are disgusting and the tables are cracked and rock back and forth.
They used to have propane heaters but they broke and have never been replaced.
We have asked management for two years to please get some new tables and chairs to no avail.
Few if anyone sits outside due to the condition of the area.

Blaze Pizza is truly my favorite pizza chain of all time. The quality of the food is impeccable and the preparation is always consistent. Also, the prices are exceptional. $5.25 for an 11-inch cheese pie is a great value.

I've heard a number of people disparage Blaze because of Lebron James' involvement in the company. The brand existed well before Lebron became involved and it makes great pizza, quickly, and at a great price.

I would highly recommend visiting Blaze Pizza if there is one near you. The ingredients are top-notch, the customer service is excellent, and the price and consistency are unbeatable. I love Blaze Pizza.

Tried Blaze Pizza in TO since a friend recommended and it did not disappoint. So good!

For the North Pittsburgh area, they have consistently good quality across stores.

Living in the far Northwest of Vegas, looking for a good pizza place, unfortunately , this was not it. A simple 3 topping pizza, supposed to be a large, pretty small for a large, but that didn't matter as we took only one bite each. It was one of the worst pizza's ever. Tons of sauce, and very little of the the other toppings. The cost came to $25 and change for a smallish, large pizza, that wasn't even edible. Very disappointing. We won't be ordering from Blaze again, and don't recommend it , unless you love lots of sauce and crust, and not much more in a pizza. The sauce tasted like it came from a jar of grocery store pizza sauce.

Okk sooo last Night I had some blaze pizza really goooood cheese and paper Ronnie really good I went to bathroom room I s*** real bigg but anyways I recommend

Blaze pizza is definitely one of those High quality pizza places. Up to their cooperate bosses, LeBron owns a part of blaze pizza. I love their pizzas and they’ve tried to manage their price even though it has risen, but after their pizzas are cooked, it does have a lot of charr left over
