Poor Quality Control, Frustrating Customer Service
Too much happened to go into the full detail on any of it.
Ordered 3 wooden and 1 roman blinds all took over a month to arrive despite the 2 week delivery promise plastered all over the website
2 of the 3 wooden blinds the valance was not cut to fit. I had to do it myself and of course the finish is not as good as if it was machined, but after waiting so long I wasn't going to send them back.
The roman blind is just about ok. doesn't feel premium quality by any stretch of the imagination and wasn't cheap. It was a 2.5m wide and has two seams for the material, but it has been done symmetrically, so doesn't look bad. However although I gave a drop size (1.2m) the blinds are full height so far longer than necessary. This in turn makes them much heavier to operate. Again they took so long to arrive and it was so sunny I wasn't going to send them back to have them altered.
1 of the 3 wooden blinds has been a nightmare and customer service is pretty awful and 2 months on this still isn't resolved. The raise/lower cords on this one did not go over rollers above each cord drop and instead were scraping on the 90 deg angle below it making it basically impossible to raise and lower them. The other 2 were assembled correctly.
Customer services seem to require sending pictures when their own customer service system doesn't take attachments. This results in disjointed conversations, sometimes responses to messages take minutes, sometimes weeks. They insist on doing everything in writing which leads to unnecessary confusion and delay to resolving the issues.
All in all I wouldn't buy from them again as quality control seems to not be great and issue resolution is poor and the products are not great. I will go to blindsdirect next time as their wooden blinds and installation hardware were all much better quality .
Poor service & No blinds
Blinds UK sent a delivery confirmation. On the day they were due to arrive they said the cords were out of stock but could supply with another. They are now saying these can't be delivered for another 2 weeks. They were ordered one month ago and so will have taken over 6 weeks if they fulfill the order. Don't be fooled by the promise that they will be despatched in 7 working days - more like 42 days + . Customer service is a waste of time too. All they say is they can email production, or I can email them. Absolutely pointless.
So disappointed with my blind
So disappointed with my blind. Firstly it had seams in it which I did not expect but worse than that one of the panel’s were a different shade of grey or maybe the panel is upside down. We didn’t notice until the blind was hung and the old one thrown away. I sent photos to them and asked them to send another one but the reply was that they wanted the blind returned for them to look at although it was clear on the photographs. I am not prepared to have nothing up at the window for the amount of time to get it sorted so unfortunately my loss. I will never use this company again. Blinds2go for me in the future

Ordered 4 Roman blinds in total, having taken a chance measuring the windows myself. Blinds UK will make the blinds exactly to your measurements, which is excellent. The blinds arrived a little later than anticipated but they are of high quality and Appearance and they did fit the window recesses, much to my relief. They were really easy to fit and they have made a huge difference to the room. Prices were also very competitive. Just one thing: I ordered one particularly long blind at over 2.2 metres and the cardboard box was badly damaged in transit. Fortunately, the blinds were OK. If anyone is considering a similar blind be aware that they are vulnerable in longer sizes. Otherwise, I am very impressed with the product quality and the service received.
Great blinds, great customer after sales service
Had our roman blinds for 18 months (which we love btw) and the chain broke on one if them. They sent us a new replacement chain without charge despite being out of warranty. Highly recommended !

I was happy with blind... when it FINALLY arrived!
10-14 working days delivery was quoted when I ordered on 29 June and it arrived yesterday, 7 Aug (so 29 working days!!!)
No proactive communication to let me know of the delay, i was left to chase them when the blind didn’t arrive by the date originally quoted.
Wouldn’t use again.

OMG,!,,!, this company is a nightmare I’ve been waiting over 6 weeks for my blinds still nothing now I got a e mail to say they are coming on the 11 th August then I got a e mail saying the 12th 19th ,then they tell me I’m must make the driver / delivery man stay while I open the blinds and check them for damages ??..??.!!,!! Then I’ve got to write to them if they are damaged so what is the driver going to do NOTHING !!,!, he won’t take them back it’s not his job Christ almighty what the hell have a spent so much money on this company for so tell me if I want my money back when will I get a refund ??..?. Another 2 months IM SO ANGRY PLEASE DONNOT GO WITH THIS COMPANY

Receive my blinds and I must say they are very cheaply made. Material is shocking. I was supposed to have a grey blinds with ivory backing but when they are up the window they look green. I did complain and they were sending another pair in white backing but received the exact same. When I returned the blinds for inspection they said I couldn’t receive a refund. That there was nothing wrong with them. Please do not use this site as there after care is awful and lack of communication. Would never recommend to anyone.

Despite their invoice stating 7-14 days estimated delivery, it was a month. And now the items have arrived damaged. Customer service is quite poor when asking any questions, and its never their fault. One of the most inept companies i have ever dealt with.
Wonky Blinds
I purchased my blinds 4 weeks ago, after checking the reviews most of the complaints were about late delivery and mine were only a week late. However when I opened the blinds I was very disappointed to find they were wonky and the material hung lower by about an inch and a half on one side. I tried to adjust them but this didn't make any difference. They also has very large visible holes down the side where the stitches were? I guess you get what you pay for, lesson learnt don't buy from this company poor quality blinds. I'm now out of pocket and left with blinds that are useless. Should have stuck with Blinds2Go!

Wrote last time about the delay in delivery, much better this time, really good communication from the team.
Kristen at HQ kept me updated and although there was a small delay in delivery it’s fair to say Covid was to blame for the supply chain issues and wasn’t their fault, additionally the delay was flagged to to me and every effort was made to keep me in the loop.
Great blinds from a great company.
Would recommend them.

Over the last 10 year as I have renovated my house I have installed blinds from Blinds UK. The service has been great with super easy ordering to quick and efficient delivery. The after sales service is second to none and more recently I required a replacement part which arrived in my door step within 24 hours if making contact. Highly recommended. Thank You
Good product as usual - Small delay but good comunication
Yes they are good blinds but you do have to wait a little longer than anticipated.
Having said that their customer service is great and they kept me well informed of the delivery times.
I wrote ahead of my order to say I expected good communication from them and they were true to their word, Covid made things difficult for suppliers six weeks ago when I ordered my blind but I was regularly updated on the due date.
Very satisfied with my black-out roller blind; arrived well packaged and in good order.
Have used Blinds UK in the past and will use again.

Late delivery
Have ordered before and the quality and workmanship excellent, but website and order receipt promised delivery within 10 working days, and it actually took a whole month to deliver.
They don’t deliver to your door!
The blinds themselves are fine and fit well – though I was quite surprised, having spent £300+ on four blinds, that no screws were supplied to fit the brackets.
**However, a major issue, please be warned**: they do not offer guaranteed delivery to your door. The courier company that they outsourced the delivery to, DX Delivery, phoned when they got to our street and demanded that we come to collect the blinds from their van or they would mark it as a refused delivery. We live on a second floor flat, with generous lift access, and have never had any difficulty before, including with much bulkier items. The driver cited 'health and safety' as the reason, with no actual detail as to what about delivering to our door was unsafe. The actual reason was clearly just sheer laziness, and we had to carry the items ourselves from the van. When I emailed Blinds UK to complain about this, the only reply I got was 'We are sorry to hear the driver was not helpful. Normally, he should have delivered the goods to the door.', with no other comment. Yes, thanks for telling me what I already know and what I had already told you! There is nothing on their website that indicates that drivers may not deliver to the door. Just an odd experience that left a bad taste.
The products are fantastic
The products are fantastic, well made and exceptionally well crafted. If there is one criticism I would say the delivery time as it seems to take longer than they allow, but then for bespoke made products they are worth the wait.

It's a disgrace to customer service that a company cannot communicate .
I would strongly advice using other companies that use their money for better and efficient service
