I ordered 2 Items on the 25th FEbruary - both stated they were in stock at that time. 1 item received on the 6th March - a day later than I needed it for, so that was disappointing, and although the packaging had a fragile label on it the package was damaged so had been through the mill. The item inside was not to your usual standard and there was loose flowers in the box and the moss was not substantial enough

With regard to the second item I had to contact Customer Services on the 8th March to query delivery only to be told that the item had been cancelled and a refund given. I was not advised of this previously. Very disappointed in the overall standard of Blooms.

Fake looking fakes
Took a while to turn up. Had to pay for delivery. Promised discount but it was a generic "always on sale" discount. Plants look rubbish. If you're expecting realistic, don't buy the stuff I bought.

Love these beautiful, realistic looking silk flowers. Everyone comments on them and are astounded when I tell them they arent the real thing! I have used some in my paintings when fresh flowers are unavailable.

This pink rose posy was sent to a friend for her birthday on 1st March, hence the delay in the rating as I wanted to make sure it arrived safely. The recipient was delighted with it.

I was sent 2 very small stems having ordered them on a 2 for 3 offer I ordered 6 stems and frankly they are very disappointing and I cannot recommend Blooms.

Blooms faux plants are wonderful, I have bought so many varieties over the years. This bamboo is going in my living room for a splash of green by the window!

They truly are beautiful but I will need to be careful as they’re quite a slim vase… I hope they will not fall over and smash the vase!

Stems are well made, and look really realistic. Not like other old type plastic ones, that I hate. Worth paying more for these.

Ordered a Belle Epoque hydrangea and a couple of eucalyptus stems. The hydrangea was great, the eucalyptus were awful, nasty artificial green colour that would not help any flower arrangement.

Love the large variety to choose from and always look different from the norm.

Approx October 2020 and received May 2021 ‘An unfortunate first time’ The first time I dealt with you was not a particularly good one as I ordered 4 ‘month’flowers and received 3 within a matter of weeks, but the 4th I waited months! I kept the 3 back so that I could give them at the same time! I hoped that this was owing to the Pandemic, so gave you a second chance. I received my last order within a matter of 3/4 days and was highly delighted!
