Flight 0B 6856 canceled without reason and no options for refund. They just offered money in blueair wallet or to choose another date - We are in danger in missing critical medical appointments . Of course no reply from the company on request number 165637. UPDATE: the flight chosen as replacement and the return flight were cancelled too. No answers on the phone. They continue to sell tickets to the cancelled flights. We asked the bank to cancel the transactions and recover the money.

Premetto che volo da sempre, con qualsiasi compagnia. Blue Air in più di un occasione si è confermata la peggiore mai incontrata, una mancanza totale di rispetto e correttezza verso il cliente. Statene alla larga, anche perché probabilmente vi cancelleranno il volo senza motivo e non rivedrete mai i vostri soldi.

Metto una stella perchè 0 non era possibile. ho provato ad acquistare un biglietto ma dopo la conferma del pagamento il sito si è bloccato e non ho avuto nessuna conferma del volo, nè a video nè una mail. il numero verde non è raggiungibile dal mio cellulare e anche chiamando c'è solo una voce registrata che non permette di proseguire. non si riescono a contattare, speriamo almeno rispondano alla mia mail

Non credo che leggano le recensioni, ma evitate questa compagnia di truffatori, paghi cancellano il volo e il rimborso te lo scordi, ladri

Ecco qui per l'ennesima volta truffata dai soggeti in questione, dopo 2 anni dall'annullamento di due voli per Covid, riesco ad ottenere un Vouche, acquisto quindi due voli pagando un ulteriore differenza tra l'altro , a distanza di pochi giorni ecco entrambi i voli annullati.
Sono qui a distanza di due anni ulteriormente truffata.
HO scritto alla Enac ma non hanno dato risposte esaustive.
Ho scritto alla Iene chissà se prenderanno inconsiderazione la questione.
NOn acquistate per nessun motivo voli con questa compagnia, fanno puntualmente cosi , pubblicano a prezzi interessanti i voli per attirare il consumatore e poi cancellano i voli tutto alla luce del sole da due anni a questa parte e nessuno fa niente.........viviamo in questo paese purtroppo!!!

Very unprofessional.... I would call them thieves.
On search engine the price seems competitive, but after you book, they charge you Even for The seats, not to mention that the luggage or other services are much more expensive than other companies.
And even if you pay for the seats, the surprise is that you still don’t get the ones you’ve chosen and it’s almost impossible to get in touch with any support staff

Non è arrivata la mail con la conferma del volo e il numero di prenotazione, chiamo da un mese e non riesco a mettermi in comunicazione con un operatore.
Mail praticamente inesistente, non risponde nessuno!!

Pessima compagnia, evitatela assolutamente, hanno cancellato molti miei voli e mai restituito i soldi pagati.

già quando sono riuscito a volare con loro non mi hanno fatto una buona impressione, invece quando mi hanno anulato il volo dopo vari tentativi di richiedere il rimborso e segnallazione a ENAC non ho ancora ricevuto neanche una risposta

Un vol annulé début décembre pour raisons techniques. L'argent a été prélevé quasiment dans la foulée du moins très rapidement. Par contre aucune nouvelle depuis malgré mes multiples relances. Au 8 mars, je n'ai donc toujours pas été rembourse. À fuir comme la peste. Juste indigne de se comporter ainsi même pour une compagnie aérienne.

ho prenotato un volo quest'anno dal 12 AL 19 MARZO VOLO CANCELLATO NON RIESCO A CHIEDERE IL RIMBORSO IN QUANTO NON RISPONDONO AL TELEFONO E NEMMENO EMAIL CONPAGNIA CHE FA SCHIFO MA QUALCHE AUTORITA' CHE INTERROMPE QUESTA TRUFFA IN ITALIA.

In the end you get to your destination, but their policies feel outdated, the customer service acts like they are trying to avoid phone calls. I've been in line for two times over an our just to be told in the end that they cannot answer due to a technical error.
I recommend contacting the company through social media platforms.

Non existent customer support. Total disregard

Does anyone have a head office number for Blueair, not customer service. I'm still chasing a refund for cancelled flight, written to the CEO and in the process of making a chargeback to my bank card but I can't get past customer service

Awful experience,been waiting for my refund for about 12 months!!!! They are thieves,DO NOT BOOK WITH THEM!

Our flight was cancelled 2 weeks before departure,(Dec 2) still waiting for a refund, have called many times and the customer service just says it could be a long time... but no reason given for the delay.
Out of interest, I had my easyjet flight cancelled a couple of weeks later but got my money got back into my account in 3 days. Will never use Blue Air again. Just look at the reviews

Hi. I had a flight cancelled, ticket number J4SN5C. I made the request for refund on their form on website, received contact request email PM 1579514. This company doesn't specify a refund time. Their call centre charges a prohibitive price of 0,5 GBP and doesn't give you the option to speak to an agent. They only have a very limited chat bot that keeps sending you back to contact form with no guarantted answer. Total rip off, I will complain to the relevant authorities.

Nessuno che ci tutela da questi ladri!
Volo prenotato e cancellato il giorno dopo.
Ho chiesto il rimborso ma a distanza di due mesi non si vede un euro.
Qualcuno intervenga a chiudere le prenotazioni sennò è una truffa bella e buona.

Awful experience with Blue Air. They left our luggage in London and they are not reachable. Impossible to know where the luggage was. Arrived finally 4 days after (no communication at all from the company). Check in process is painful at the airport, 1.5 hour queue, which leads to systematic flight delay (2 hours delay in my case).
Never again.
