Excellent Recommend

I ordered on the 13th, still in transit on the 20th
I ordered on the 13th. It is now end of day on the 21st, and it STILL is in transit, no explanation, no care on Bluum’s end, nobody to contact, and a huge lag on my treatment plan. Just ridiculous.

Everything arrived as expected, high quality product. This manufacturer struggles to provide reconstitution documentation, where other websites provide very specific details and lots of information about their product. Bluum provided the vial size of my lyophilized shipment, after two emails with customer service. The vial size was pivotal in beginning to formulate methodologies of reconstitution. This is the bare minimum for effectively and safely handling this in a scientific application. This provides a potent and useful product at the cost of confident chemical testing and reconstitution tests for this product, from THIS manufacturer. This did not stop me from scientifically applying these products into research - I'm just saying like their customer service should incorporate a way to communicate more information about the product so it can be effectively used in scientific applications.
