Bad experience all round
Can only echo the other review left for this company.
Cheap, poorly made influencer content. They essentially have an open platform where any influencer can apply for your program. Which may absolutely work for some businesses, but did not work for us and was not how they had explained it to us.
What we discussed in our initial calls (being provided a curated list of influencers that would be a good fit for our brand, a small initial sample size to test the program out, overall strategy etc) was absolutely not what we received once handed over to our client rep.
Shockingly bad customer service from our client rep. He would send emails with ZERO context that were impossible to understand and therefore action. His communication was exceptionally poor and frustrating. He remained curiously oblivious to our many complaints and just generally had an attitude that suggested he knew best. Despite delivering subpar work time and time again.
It would take so many rounds of edits to get any work agreed on that we might as well have saved time and just done the whole thing ourselves. Lots of typos, mistakes, random off-brand or incorrect statements and incredibly poorly written content.
Ultimately, they did not understand our business and have a one size fits all approach that did not work for us at all. Coupled with one of the most frustrating client rep experiences I have ever received from a vendor to date.
We ended our relationship early because it was wasting our time, energy and money. It was clear they were not able to produce anything of quality for us.

They took us backwards
Terrible experience with BM Digital. They promised to scale our revenue and maintain or increase our ROAS. They brought our monthly revenue significantly backwards and damaged our brand image with cheap, poorly made influencer content that didn’t fit the brand. Overall they were very professional and had a streamlined process for creating UGC ads but unless your product is makeup or some other feminine product that can be used in a “makeup tutorial” type video their influencer network is worthless. They use outdated techniques as far as testing and rolling out facbook ads. Whoever runs their paid media simply doesn’t know what they’re doing- they ruined months worth of Facebook ads data and produced laughable results. They took us so far backwards we had to pull the plug early on the trial. The moment we took back control we rebounded. To make things worse they completely re-negged on very specific terms under which we signed a contract. In short, those terms were that if they hadn’t met certain performance milestones by the end of the third month they would continue providing their services until we were profitable. After taking our revenue backwards month over month they told us they would not honor those terms. These guys will promise you the world and will impress you with their UGC process but they just don’t know these they’re doing with paid media. Don’t make the mistake we did. The future of our business is in jeopardy thanks to BM digital.
