Friendly and mainly efficient
The initial phone contact and booking was efficient with the call taker being very helpful and answering my many questions.
The offer for my car was reasonable - better than any others I had received.
The initial pick up arranged for my car was cancelled in the morning due to a breakdown(!) of the recovery truck.
The next pickup was for a few days later and I was told that the driver would let me know before he arrived.
I received a call at about 08:38 to say that the pick up would be in 2 hours 30 minutes. As I had the V5 and other documents I arranged to go to the garage where my car was stored for 10:30. I received a call just before 10:00 to say that the car had been collected!
I therefore had to send the documents by tracked post.
I would have liked a call to warn me of the earlier pickup. Due to this I have given 4 stars.
Payment was made to my bank promptly.
I would use BMS again if I need to.
