These people are TRASH!!
These people are TRASH!!! They discriminate against people with vouchers.
I have filled out the form for the apartment I’m interested in 3 times and every time I get a text saying an agent will reach out to me but no one does. They have sent me the same email several times with the same form attached asking me to fill it out as if they didn’t receive it but obviously they have which is why I’m getting the texts afterwards. They’re doing this on purpose to stop me from from proceeding with the process because I’m using a voucher! Then I filled out the contact form on their website to inform them of the problem I was having and they took the information I put on the contact form and created an account for me without my permission. I’ve called them 18 times and they didn’t answer the phone. This is my second time trying to work with them and it will be the last! STAY AWAY FROM THIS COMPANY!!!!!
