Shocking. Zero customer service - no phone number. Claims are later denied even after approval - they do everything to avoid resolving the claim.
No means to file a complaint or reopen the case. They take your money and run. Avoid at all costs.

Patrick once again outdid himself! He helped get my insurance to less than half of what I was paying with another company! I will always be calling him with any insurance needs! Everyone should try Bolt Insurance and be asking for Patrick!!! He’s AWESOME!!!

Angell Richards Is by far the best insurance ANGEL out there! She helped me get the best deal I could, explained everything to someone like me who has never done this before, and even opened her heart to me and talked about some personal stuff with me. Plus her dog turned 9 on the day I connected with her, who couldn’t feel the love on a birthday!! Truly an outstanding individual and I greatly appreciate the time and effort she put in to help me out!

I have always heard that your first impression should be your best impression! Well, this was my first time using bolt agency and I was amazed at the level Tish represented the agency well. She was knowledgeable, friendly and made me feel comfortable speaking with her and she did everything within her power to put my mind at ease to ensure she was able to get me the best rate!

Patrick is amazing!! I was completely blown away at his professionalism and how awesome he was to work with. He helped cut my insurance in half and I highly recommend working with him!

Ms. Sally Garcia was courteous, professional and knowledgeable and helped me work through certain aspects of my request to ensure I had the right coverage.

I called Gary Moran on March 9 requesting a quote for business insurance. He told me it would be 24-48 hours. I called him back March 12. He told me he had been out of the office and needed to speak with the underwriter. He said he'd call me back in 2 hours. He didn't. I reached out again on March 16. On March 23 I called the general number and reached another sales agent who was able to tell me within a matter of 30 minutes that none of their insurance underwriters would quote on my business. I wish Gary would have given me the courtesy of a response.
