Bought a subscription in feb 26. Still haven’t received the box or any correspondence or website update as of April 18. Had to dispute the charge and do a chargeback.

Absolutely rubbish customer service, I placed an order to be told after I had placed it that the postage was going to be more than the subscription cost, so I messaged them immediately to cancel. I still haven’t had a response and that was 5 days ago.

I have messaged them repeatedly and they are ignoring me.

I ordered a Bomibox delivery, but one of the products arrived damaged and leaked powder all over the box and the other items. I contacted their team and provided photos. They offered a refund, which I accepted on 8 October.

Since then, I’ve followed up multiple times, but they have not responded or issued the refund. The lack of communication is unacceptable.

The initial response was polite, but their follow-through has been extremely disappointing.

I’m sharing this experience to warn others; if something goes wrong with your order, you may face a lot of effort and delays to get it resolved.

Don’t buy and subscribe to this service, it’s a scam, I bought a subscription 17 of June and after more than a month I didn’t receive anything. Stay away from them.

They ordered this to our employees as a gift, they said that they really liked it and that all cosmetics smell nice and are of high quality. So if you want to please the beautiful ladies, then this will definitely do.

People only seem to write reviews when they’re not happy so I thought I’d write a review when I’m happy! I absolutely love Bomibox. It’s 100% of my skincare routine and my skin looks better now (I’m 35) than it did when I was 25. I’m constantly complimented and have to say that it’s all thanks to so many wonderful products I’ve received in my Bomibox over the past 8 months. I have too much product so will be switching to every 3 months until I run out, but I highly recommend it for anyone wanting to build a skincare routine and try new products.
