A wonderful sightseeing tour of the Himalayan kingdom of Bhutan

We had a wonderful sightseeing tour of Bhutan with Book Bhutan Tour. Ram is a meticulous and thoughtful organizer who took care of every small detail throughout our journey. Sonam and Tse Wang accompanied us throughout the trip and made the entire experience truly memorable.

We completed a six-night, seven-day itinerary, and Book Bhutan Tour handled all the planning and scheduling of activities seamlessly. During the tour, we visited many historical sites, temples, and beautiful nature reserves. One of the highlights was our visit to Lampelri Botanical Park, which was absolutely stunning.

We also enjoyed a one-hour hike through a village and the mountains, where we experienced local culture and tasted several varieties of authentic Bhutanese cuisine, making the journey even more special. Another unforgettable experience was the hike to Tiger’s Nest Monastery, which was both inspiring and adventurous.

We sincerely thank Book Bhutan Tour for the excellent planning and wonderful hospitality during our Bhutan trip. We look forward to returning again and meeting our friends in Bhutan.

Bhutan experience

Our team of Ngawang, Sonam and Bob went above and beyond to take care of us. They were flexible with our needs and obviously took great pride in sharing the history and culture of their country. The hotels were outstanding and the bus was comfortable which all contributed to an unforgettable transformative experience in the pristine spiritual friendly country of Bhutan.

The best guides for Bhutan! Highly recommend!

EXCELLENT! The best tour guides I have ever experienced. I felt safe and cared for at every single step of the way. They also were incredible informative and shared the history of their country so well. The hotels and food that they organized were just wonderful. Highly recommend!

THE BEST COMPANY TO EXPLORE BHUTAN

I spent 8 days exploring Bhutan with Book Bhutan Tour (Ram & Sonam) I was in the country on a FAM trip with the company but from the second they picked me up to the moment they dropped me off I have never felt that welcomed and part of a family. Being a solo female it can be daunting but not once did I feel lonely or worried. They run everything so smoothly you don’t have to stress about nothing! I spent 8 days with tears streaming down my face and my cheeks hurting from all of the laughing we were doing. Hand on heart this is one of the most remarkable 8 days of my life and it is all thanks you Book Bhutan Tour. Bhutan is a remarkable country. And learning about it through the guides was amazing. Incredibly knowledgeable and as someone who loved to ask many questions I never felt like a burden. I had a friend visiting Bhutan the same time as me and they went above and beyond to welcome her on her final evening. The hospitality is like no where else. The kindness is like know where else. And Ram and Sonam are the BEST.

if you plan on visiting Bhutan I just know if you book with book Bhutan tour it’ll be one of the best times of your life!!!

The best experience in Bhutan

We spent a week touring Bhutan with Book Bhutan Tour and it was beyond our expectations! Ram, Sonam and our driver Arjun were wonderful, great company but also extremely professional which is a rare combination. We felt very much welcomed in the true sense,pampered and very well taken care of always with safety and flexibility towards our needs. I cannot recommend them enough and hope to see all the team again. They made our trip memorable and will always remember it.

two week trip via Book…

We booked a two week trip via Book Bhutan Tour in March and April 2026. During the preparation phase, we kept asking Ram, the founder and director of this tour organization, questions; the answers came back within an hour. The program (one week of culture, one week of trekking) was extremely varied. With Sonam as our guide and Arjun as our driver, we had two very competent professionals. We received very good and informative answers to all the questions we asked. We felt very safe and well accompanied throughout the trip. In addition to his great knowledge of history, country and culture, we also experienced our guide very humorously. We were able to exchange ideas well with each other and being on the road together was very relaxed. We got a very good insight into the culture and religiosity of this special kingdom in the Himalayan region. Our driver Arjun was also very attentive and we felt very safe driving through the winding roads. They responded immediately to requests or daily schedule adjustments at any time and they were very considerate of our needs.
With the team of Book Bhutan Tour and all over the country, we experienced wonderful hospitality, warmth and openness and felt extremely welcome as tourists in the Land of Happiness.
We can recommend the Book Bhutan Tour without reservation. We would consider this organization again if we visit Bhutan again.

Fantastic experience

We’re a couple from Scotland who have just finished an eleven day trip with Book Bhutan Tours. It was a fantastic experience - everything we’d hoped for. Ram arranged everything perfectly and made us so welcome from the moment we arrived in Paro. The standard of accommodation was very high and, taking his advice, we saw a lot of Bhutan’s most beautiful areas. We were very fortunate to have Hem as a guide. He was hugely knowledgeable and great fun to be with. He has a kaleidoscopic knowledge of Buddhism, its traditions and the many local deities that make Bhutan such a fascinating country. He is also a very informed naturalist and he took us along several beautiful trails pointing out the varied birds, plants and flowers. On top of that he is an exceptionally good dancer and we loved taking part in his routines for TikTok! We were accompanied throughout by our driver Phub who was completely unflappable and kept us safe on the winding mountain roads. They’re a great team and we will miss them dearly. We recommend them wholeheartedly.
