This company took my money and didn’t deliver anything. They had to trademark my book but didn’t do that. Moreover, as I realized later it is impossible to trademark a single book in the US. Thus, they simply stole my money. I tried to contact them many times but they ignore me.

Unmet Promises and Lack of Results

I initially approached Book Writing Pro with high hopes, drawn in by their professional presentation and the comprehensive introduction to their services. The upfront cost of over $20,000 promised a significant return on investment, which influenced my decision to engage with them for the publication of my books.

However, the experience that followed was profoundly disappointing. Despite the substantial amount paid in advance, the promised outcomes failed to materialize. I found myself undertaking the role of an editor for my submissions, an expectation far removed from the services I was assured. Now, nearly a year has passed without the publication or completion of even a single book. The company's inability to execute what I considered straightforward tasks has been both surprising and frustrating.

The most disheartening aspect of this ordeal has been the lack of accountability and communication from the company. Despite their initial eagerness to collect payment, my concerns and requests for assistance—or even a discussion about a possible refund as initially promised for dissatisfaction—have been met with silence. The absence of engagement from the owner, especially after conveying my unhappiness and seeking a resolution, speaks volumes about their commitment to customer satisfaction.

I have since redirected my efforts to Amazon for publication services and have encountered a stark contrast in both the professionalism and capability to deliver. This experience has been enlightening, revealing the stark disparities in service quality and integrity within the industry.

I share this review not out of malice but as a caution to potential clients of Book Writing Pro. It's essential to approach such services with skepticism, particularly regarding upfront payments and promises of refunds. While I am prepared to absorb the financial loss if necessary, my primary aim is to prevent others from experiencing similar disappointments and financial setbacks.

Please, proceed with caution and conduct thorough research before committing to any service that requires significant upfront investment, especially in fields as critical and personal as publishing.

BEWARE! BookWriting Pro will tell you anything to get your money. With a little research you will see that the positive reviews are all fake. Any guarantee they make is a lie. I was scammed and now I am being ghosted, so I want to warn others. Run away from this company. You can dispute the payment with your bank if you already sent them money.

Bookwritingpro.com is a reliable and efficient platform for book writing. Their writers are not only talented but also respectful of deadlines.

Finally! I have got my book. After 2 months of writing editing and proofing process. And tbh I am very happy with the decision I made in choosing book writing pro to get my book written.
First of all, customer support was spot on, they picked my calls on time, responded to all my emails and queries timely. The project manager handled my book very well.
Writing was very eloquent and coherent. Writer carried my story line perfectly. Thank you guys you all as a team did a wonderful job.

Today I received the final version of my book! It looks outstanding! I hired book writing pro to edit my book! And they did a really good job! My draft was like a rock and they helped me transform it into a diamond! Impressive work team! It was an absolute pleasure doing business with you guys.

BELIEVE The reviews about them refusing to refund and incapable of delivering the work!! I believe they are operating a massive scam. I have reported this company to the Better Business Bureau on suspicion that it is a scam.

I paid them for a writing project in March of 2022 ($2500). After several attempts by them to deliver the project, it was obvious that they weren't very good and I asked for a refund per their refund policy.

They told me I could expect the refund within 45 days - it's now been over 60!!

They keep telling me it's on the way, but it's obvious they don't intend on delivering it.

STAY FAR AWAY - This is the review I wish I read before I gave them my money!!

Update on 08/18/2023 - I never received a refund from this company and they have recently tried to take down this review. After providing evidence to TrustPilot this is now a VERIFIED review.

This company has not contacted me directly or offered to refund my money as they promised.

Update on 08/23/2023 - They are trying again to remove this review by accusing me of being defamatory. I removed some of the language that they objected to and thought it would be a good idea to add even more detail and color to my lived experience of this company.

Here are some of my experiences:
1. They regularly submitted very poor quality work. I attempted to get a refund early in the process (After the third or so attempt to deliver the work) but was assured it wasn't necessary, they would get it right next time (they never did)

2. When I finally became insistent on a refund, they said they would review the case and determine how much of a refund I was eligible to receive. They determined it would be $1800 (I paid them $2500)

Keep in mind they delivered NOTHING up to this point that I could actually use. It was in my opinion complete garbage.

I accepted this offer because I just wanted to be done with them.

3. They promised a refund within 30 days. I NEVER RECEIVED IT. Approximately 6 months later after emailing them dozens and dozens of times, calling them and going to a generic voicemail that doesn't even say the name of the company, I received $500 from them.

4. In retrospect, based on my experience, this company is taking money from people, delivering a BAD experience and then pushing off the refund until after the (30? 60?) day chargeback period. After that period you can't reverse the charge through your bank and then they just get to keep your money.

5. I've observed over the last few months they are working very hard to get all of the negative reviews they have removed from sites like Trust Pilot, Facebook Reviews, Google Reviews etc.

6. TO DATE they have NOT contacted me again, they have NOT given me a full refund, they HAVE NOT delivered the work they said they would do.

They have KEPT $2000 of my money and delivered NOTHING. Make your own judgements.

This was my first experience with Book Writing Pro and definitely not the last. They promised excellent customer service and high-quality content and boy did they deliver. Super happy with their work
