Cancelled at 75 minutes notice!!
Just about to leave home for my Boots Hearingcare appointment in Bath booked ten days ago on line. Just received a text telling me that appointment cannot go ahead. This only 75 minutes before the appointment! Very unsatisfactory. And asking me to rearrange, not offering a choice of appointments!
Poor.

The audiologist was excellant.
The audiologist, Megan-Leigh Martin was excellent.........patient, gave clear explanations and guidance, generally made the whole experience a good one.

I received an appointment very quickly
I received an appointment very quickly. I was clear about what I wanted, and I received advice tailored to my wishes - there was no hard sell. The aids are excellent, I received them within a week, the explanation about how to use them was clear and there was plenty of opportunity to ask questions. I have had NHS aids for years and they are fine, but I needed new ones and the wait for my NHS ones is a year!
