The audiologist at the Blackburn branch was very kind and professional, and listened to my concerns without judgement.
Mrs Patel showed me all available options and walked me through the process of the hearing test and, later, the collection and trying of my new hearing aids.
I'm very happy with my news aids and the process of getting them and, especially, of Mrs Patel for walking me through the process with such patience.

Going to Boots hearingcare has changed my life. I already had NHS hearing aids but was beginning to not be able to join in conversations in restaurants or crowded place .
I couldn't hear my yoga teacher for tge lay down, eyes closed meditation.
It was difficult to hear on the phone especially in noisy environments . People used to raise their voices ..but it was just louder and still muffled, so louder just caused more stress
I ended up pretending I had heard ..but felt isolated in social gatherings .
Talat Aidi in Blackburn. ...understood what was happening ...he advised a hearing aid that would help with all my problems...and it did ....It's changed my life ..
It's wonderful I can ask questions or get help if I need too ..

I was experiencing serious echo problems with my new Phonak hearing purchased in October 2024. Several attempts were made to correct this by several people but to no avail. On my return to Boots yet again, I met a different audiologist, Talat Aidi at Boots Blackburn. He was most helpful and determined to resolve my issues. He thought outside the box and finally resolved the issue by suggesting I change the hearing aids to a different Phonak model with only one microchip instead of two. So far this has resolved my echo problem, and I am most grateful for the time and effort he has put in. He is very professional and has an excellent customer service rapport.

Extremely good information given on the types of hearing aids available

I was made to feel welcome and the member of staff did her best to accommodate me as I had been given the wrong time slot for a new customer.

The young lady, Nabilah, conducting the tests was very helpful, particularly given that this was a first time for me, so somewhat apprehensive.

An excellent experience, the technician was very knowledgeable, nothing was to much trouble, looking forward to getting my earing aids.

The hearing test was conducted in a smooth and informative manner and I was told everything I could expect of the hearing aids when I receive them,I was given a chance to wear and try them in store and around the mall which I found to be a very good experience , this helped me to make my decision on purchasing the product.
