They were very thorough l, took their time and treated me with respect. They were kind and knowledgeable. They did not try to sell me something I didn't want.
Superb Service
I've just had a hearing review with a chap named Gary, and I can't praise him enough.
It happened that one of my hearing aids had stopped working a few days before. Wire replaced in a couple of minutes. Then he did a full test on my hearing and suggested that I would do better with different ear moulds. Changed those, and my hearing improved instantly. Excellent service.

If I could give zero stars I really would.
After arriving 2 mins late (journey disrupted by car crash - thankfully not mine) the audiologist came barrelling out of their office to announce to the entire store, that he would not test me and that I should take responsibility.
In a rational manner I tried to explain what had happened, however he was more focused on shouting so the whole store could hear that this wasn’t his responsibility.
Really stunned that someone like this is able to work in a customer facing role and did not approach the situation in a more understanding manner. Completely understand my lateness by a couple of mins may require a new booking - just don’t expect to be shouted at in front of the whole store!

My only issue would be that the charger for my Phonak Audeo 1 have to be plugged in they aren’t wired free charger as per instruction book which when you are spending thousands is very disappointing

Excellent service, Greg explained every detail,l of the testing process in detail and answered all my questions. The software is most impressive and having been in denial about my deteriorating hearing for several years, I finally made the decision to go ahead and purchase. There was no hard sell or pressure just advice on the options available and costs including available discounts on some ranges.
I am looking forward to having my first hearing aids fitted in a couple of weeks and my quality of life improving.
