Easy to make an appointment at a time that suited me. No sales pressure. Options discussed. Thorough discussion on my health/hearing issues and these were taken into account when making a decision on which were the most suitable hearing aids.
I was able to book another appointment a few weeks later when I had made a firm decision to proceed (after a bad experience elsewhere) the hearing molds were taken and a convenient date was booked for me to collect the hearing aids when made.

Steve was very helpful and I was extremely pleased to discover that not only did I get advantage points but was also entitled to a discount with my Defense Discount Scheme card 👍 😀

Happy days all round and will definitely be recommending to friends and colleagues 😀

Audiologist explained everything on the computer screen answering all my questions
I felt he really understood all the problems I was having. He even provided and programmed a hearing aid to my proscribed hearing prescription and let me walk around Bridgend for half an hour to try it out in different locations I was very satisfied with the whole experience.

The staff were very professional and explained things clearly. The only complaint I have is that at no time was I informed the hearing aid only lasts for 5 years. If I had been informed I would have made a different choice. Only found out when reading through the booklet provided.

The actual hearing aid professional in boots was very knowledgeable and helpful with the whole process of buying and fitting the hearing aids. The fault was with boots IT system when trying to buy the hearing aids on interest free credit. The card machine would not connect to the computer to allow you to pay a deposit. This had been reported the week before and still had not been fixed. I had to return to store later in the afternoon to pay the deposit over the phone. They also advertised that you could buy the insurance for the hearing aids on an annual basis but the computer system would not allow you to choose this option. Again this had to be resolved with another phone to customer services. When you are paying a lot of money for hearing aids you expect a more professional service.

My ears where checked thoroughly. Happy with my treatment and referral. And good advice on my hearing aid to buy.

Once completed, shown results and which category off hearing aid I could choose from . Picked my choice informed as to how they work and difference between them them . Done , just waiting to go in after my hearing aids arrive.
