Naeem the audiologist was excellent. I was already a wearer of aids from the NHS but the service he provided and the ease of communication was brilliant. He explained everything to me in terms that I could understand. No audiologist jargon simple and easy. I have had follow up appointments and there are more to come..Super service . Cannot fault it.. Well pleased.

Made me feel really relaxed & talked through everything twice over. Loved how you can try the hearing aids first, left to wander for 10/15 mins so see if you like them. I am looking forward to the after care.

It all seemed to end I a bit too quickly to t Thesay I’d just spent £3000. The aids I bought are not not comparable to the ones I tried outside. Rather disappointing really. My wife says they are worse than my NH aids. It appears to work when plugged in. Not what I expected for the money I’m afraid.
