The adiollogist I saw was really lovely and patient, shes took time to fully explain about my new hearing aids. It was a really nice consultation.

A very caring and knowledgeable lady put me through all the tests and explained everything clearly. No pressure to buy at all. Have now had my aids for 24 hours and very pleased as can now hear clearly.

What a brilliant service I resevied today from a lady called Irena croydon boots whit gift centre croydon. What an amazing lady nothing was to much trouble. I wanted some purfum pods and she was so kind and done this for me she was above and beyond thank you so much. Super drugs could take a leaf out of they book on customer care. Once again thank you lovely lady.

I was pleased with my new hearing aids and the explanation of how they worked. I would have liked to know more about caring for them but I have a follow up appointment in one month to ask any questions I have - so I am quite happy with everything.

Suba Tabsim was great, but there was a delivery problem

Suba spent a long time testing and explaining my hearing and the options available to me, each with pros and cons. All very informative and helpful. Fitting explanations also very clear. Explanation of the App was hindered by no signal in the basement clinic at boots - but all explained as best she could.

No complaints about the staff, they are very good and patient. But feel let down by the product, having a lot of problems with them and have lost confidence in them. I don't think they are worth the money I paid.
