Really listened to me excellent

Had an appointment at Boots Evesham 2pm I am sat outside waiting and another gentleman without an appointment arrives after me and goes in first,at 2.15 I am seen not long after another customer comes in and takes up the time of the guy doing the hearing test, he goes then 10 minutes later another customer comes in while I am in the booth having my hearing tested. I didn't see any of the 3 guys wearing hearing aids so we're they customers or just friends of the tester doing other business ? So all in all not a good experience and won't be going back.Just to add there was a notice on the door saying customers wouldn't be seen without an appointment!!

The aftercare has been most helpful.
After using nhs aids for 40 years this is a breath of fresh air. Gold star.

The girl who I saw on my two appointments was very professional and friendly and explained things very well.

Missed appointment owing to not having stock of the aids that I ordered a little bit upset as I've paid a certain amount towards them and was expecting them to enjoy Christmas with as. I can't hear. a lot of different. noises.

Excellent service from Gary at Evesham , on deciding to obtain hearing aids everything was explains to me easy to understand . gave of his time , very professional , friendly and answered all my questions .

The audiologist was very pleasant ,thorough and informative.

Gary had been highly recommended and lived up to it! He explained everything very clearly, listened to me and addressed my concerns, and gave me confidence in the solution he recommended for my hearing. He was really nice to deal with and put me at my ease - I quite enjoyed my consultation!

The audiologist at Evesham was absent because of illness,when attending my appointment on friday15th Sept there was no notice at the clinic and the store staff did not know why it was closed.I had not received any notice of this Boots hearing failed to answer my telephone calls on several occasions

Gary who looked after me at the Evesham Boots Branch is a class act. Patient, a great listener and methodically got to the main source of my hearing problem. I would recommend him enthusiastically.
