Was a bit nervous and apprehensive about my hearing test but the Audiologist, Elizabeth, put me at my ease with her gentle and caring manner.
Everything from the tests and the final decision regarding which hearing aids to buy was explained thoroughly and simply. All my questions were answered in a way I could easily understand. Thank you, a great service.

Professional and instructive experience.

Twice I have had my appointment cancelled and had to arrange another date

I wouldn’t recommend this branch. very little empathy for a customer who was held up by traffic and was a little late due to this. for this branch to then have us wait until the allotted appointment time had ended. the person then came out to tell us that we had missed our appointment. and that we should reschedule another appointment.

After a number of years I was persuaded to go for a hearing test with Boots Hearincare despite having NHS ones that I didn't really use for varying reasons. I was taken care of by Paula who was a superb audiologist with a very pleasant approach and who created a relaxing atmosphere where she took the stress out of the checks and tests. She also explained everything very clearly and continued in the same vein when I went to get my hearing aids. I cannot do anything else than recommend this company and the care and attention that comes along with the appointment and the purchase.

Welcoming and informative wisely allowing me to decide for myself without any sales push.

Kenny was extremely helpful, had my initial fitting and due to return 15th May to have them checked.

Felt completely relaxed and made to feel welcome. I was not put under any pressure to purchase anything. My wife had already been and now has hearing aids. Would definitely recommend to anyone

I haven’t paid for, or received the hearing aids yet, but the service so far has been excellent. The audiologist, Betty, was first-rate; very knowledgeable and professional, but with a nice personality, and she allayed any concerns I may have had about wearing a hearing aid.

Really helpful, considerate and caring audiologist who undertook a detailed review of my current hearing issues, and what I hoped to gain from hearing aids, before undertaking a thorough hearing test. She clearly explained what types of aids were available, along with the advantages/disadvantages of each, and at no point was I under pressure to select any specific type. I felt really comfortable with the whole process.

I was not told that you don't get uour advanrage points till 3 months after you get your hesring aids i was dlooking forwsrd to get some nice e deals with my extra points The hearing perdon Kenny was evety heloful and talk me through evety thingsg he was d doing
