The worst Boot Hearing aid in the world. Rubbish

I felt a little reticent again about getting hearing aids but Laura put me at ease and was both supportive and informative, boosting my confidence in the whole process.

It is VERY DIFFICULT to get an appointment for a regular 6-monthly hearing aid check. Out of three different audiologists I've dealt with, only one was excellent, and she has left because of her frustration with the company. Also, in spite of wanting to sell you the hearing aids, they seem to have no programme for wax removal, which is necessary from time to time. You have to seek elsewhere for that. Getting a regular check is a major feat, as they won't let you book more than a few weeks ahead, and then their appointment books are always full. Basically they're selling their products to make the dosh and to hell with whatever happens to you afterwards.

It was very clearly explained when the hearing test was done and how the hearing loss happens.
I was suggested for a hearing aid and I am on trial at the moment which I think is working but still have to see for a while.

The audiologist is fantastic in harrow cannot do enough and she has a tough job forced to work in a dark room all day!!!
