and David enough! They were so kind to my mum and the appointment was so easy, informative, very helpful! They both explained each process and really put my mum at ease which is not always easy! They were both very patient, mum ordered hearing aids which we collect on the 17th May. Thank you to them both

Informative consultations with friendly but very professional service

I understood everything I was told , very knowledgable staff. Basically I trust them and have no qualms at all

The waiting area is very badly managed.
Needs some one there to check people in for appointments.
Waited several mins and then went and sat down.
A young man eventually came and told him I had a Hearing Test. There was no polite greeting just met with a blank look and just nodded. After waiting nearly 15 mins I was called in for my appointment.
I have to say Charley and David were so kind and helpful and explained everything I needed to know.
Talking to other people they too thought the reception area was dreadful. One couple said they wished they had gone to Spec Savers.
