The audiologist Simon, made the whole experience very easy. His welcome and careful explanations of everything related to how my hearing would be tested and what the results of the tests meant in respect of selecting the appropriate hearing aids for me, was in my opinion perfectly delivered. When it came to the appointment for fitting, it felt as though I was returning to see an old friend.

They were really friendly and professional and put you at ease and explained everything really well. There was no pressure like some companys. Highly recommended

My only reason for not being 5* is the Audiology consulting room could do with a refresh.

The hearing team was excellent but the price of £3,990 is a bit high with the same product retailing for £3,250.
So I will be going with the £750 cheaper sale with audio science

The hearing aid Audiologist was really helpful,he explained what was going to happen on the test and explained the results in a way I could understand.only complaint was the room was very claustrophobic.

Very helpfull with the hearing test and knowledge of what was wrong with my hearing. But the thing I really found helpful was having a trial walking around the store with a pair of trial hearing aids and talking to my wife with background noise I noticed a big difference with my hearing. Thanks for all your help.

Administation not off to a good start with 4 appointments cancelled, due to staff absence unfortunately. Could have asked whether I wanted to attend another branch. In the end I asked and was promptly given a quick appointment at Kettering. Everyone in customer service was very helpful. Gentleman I saw was very nice and informative regarding private hearing aids, explained all the test procedure before starting. No hard push sales for private hearing aids and we very happy to disuss what my needs/desired outcome was. Quick appointment made for fitting. 90 days to change your mind is a great benefit. Talked about day to day hearing difficulties and also discussed with my partner.

The gentleman was very good all round assistant
He was good at explaining what all the different tests
Were and my hearing had gone down the scales and did further tests which showed the same results.
I and my career where very satisfied with everything.
