Asher Salmon in the Kidderminster branch is endlessly patient.
I have been a customer of Boots Hearing Care in Kidderminster for over 12 years and am currently on my third hearing aid. I am not wealthy - and Boots is expensive, hence 4 stars instead of 5 - but their customer service is second to none. The 60 day period in which to change your mind is exceptionally useful, I have twice used this period to switch to a different aid, most recently because I didn’t get on with a rechargeable aid. Asher Salmon at the Kidderminster branch is endlessly patient and genuinely wants his customers to get what is right for them. I trust him implicitly.

Pleasant experience today with Boots audiologist.Tested hearing and gave advice…no hard sell, so I will return if & when hearing deteriorates. Friendly efficient service, which I have also experienced with Boots Opticians over several visits.
The fit on the earpiece is too large

I had my annual hearing check up today at the Kidderminster branch, my ears & hearing aids were tested very professionally by Asher Salmon, he was extremely kind & explained my results very clearly to me, I would highly recommend Boots hearing care, thank you Asher
My main problem is tinnitus
The hearingcare advisor, Asher Salmon was very friendly, efficient and professional. He conducted some tests and established my higher frequency hearing is somewhat reduced. When I explained about my tinnitus issues he gave me some hearing aids to try and recommended a trial 60 day with a refund option. My main problem is tinnitus, a continuous hi pitched hiss. I was offered hearing aids to help disguise the sound though they didn’t offer very much relief. In view of this and thinking about it over the weekend I have decided I don't want the inconvenience of using hearing aids at present as they didn't help sufficiently vs fitting hearing aids on a daily basis. My deposit is being returned as promised.

Having said this,I would like to add that having a very caring,professional person like Asher Salmon,who I saw yesterday,makes matters easier.
