I got really good information & advice from the Audiologist. I can't comment on after care as I have only had the aids for a few days but have been given a future appointment.

The audiologist is excellent
The audiologist is extremely helpful and professional.
From making an appointment to the hearing assessment you are guided through the process well, receiving online reminders of your appointment time and date.
The test itself is very good and the audiologist is very skilled and experienced.
There was absolutely no pressure whatsoever to purchase any products, which I liked.
If you do decide to proceed to purchase, Boots offer lifetime support and additionally, a three month trial is given to enable you to check you have purchased the product that is right for you.
I highly recommend this service!

Apparently I made a recent purchase. I have not received one - I have not been told it is ready for pick up and I have definitely not paid for it yet!!
