I visited Boots Hearingcare in Luton and was seen by Shebin Joseph.
With a lovely smile and sense of humour she proceeded to do the hearing test and provided me with a good understanding of it all.
I highly recommend her services.

Got my repaired hearing aids back today. Shebin was, as always, cheerful, polite and very helpful. Everything went well and we should be OK for another 12 months. Good work Boots

My Mum's hearind aid was defective so popped into Boots Hearcare without an appointment to see if we could get it sorted out. We expected to have to leave the hearing aid for repair but the audiologist (Shebin Joseph) was able to fix the issue on site. He also took the time to calibrate the hearing aid and check my Mum's ears. He noticed that there was an ear inflection in one of the ears and wrote a letter for us to take to the GP to get it resolved.
Shebin provided a wonderful service as we didn't have an appointment and has a very friendly, kind and patient attitude which was very reassuming for my Mum who is in her 90s.

As for planned hearing test, I was well explained about the costs and benefit with varoius products. Full of praise for Shebin Joseph, his experience and assurances to invest in this product. Phonak Audeo I90-sphere is the best. Thank you Shebin.

My mum's hearing aid had stopped working.So I nipped into Luton Point to our local Boots.We were able to talk to a member of staff who arranged for us to see the audiologist. The Audiologist, Maureen, was able to see me and investigate the problem with the hearing aid. I continued with my shopping at Luton Point and then received a call from Maureen to inform me that she had resolved the problem and I could collect the hearing aid. On collecting the hearing aid, she gave me information that I was not aware of and explained the features of the hearing aid and roger stick. I appreciate her efforts to fix the problem and the ease in conversation with knowledge that made me understand better and assist my Mother with her hearing aid.
All in all a very successful visit and special thanks to Maureen.
