Had my hearing review with Umeeka today, brilliant experience, very thorough with the test and explanation of the results, advised which aids she recommended and didn’t recommend the most expensive which was good. The aids were duly set up and a review appointment booked for 2 weeks time. I have plenty of time should I’m wish to change or return the aids which is also very reassuring. All in all a very good experience. Thank you MM

Echo all previous reviews. Very patient, very knowledgeable, efficient and a great sense of humour helping to put you at ease if this is your first step into the world of hearing loss! Nothing was too much trouble for Umeeka as I had so many questions that I needed answered.

Top tip. Do plenty of research yourself upfront before you go with regard to the type of hearing aid and functions you think you need to get out of it besides obviously hearing better!

Umeeka took the time to really understand how my hearing had changed and how I was using my aids. She then tweaked them and it made a huge difference. Great service and advice as always!

My recent experience in Boots Hearing Care Melton Mowbray was excellent. The audiologist is very personable and easy to talk to. She is a very good communicator and explained the tests she was carrying out and the changes to my hearing in a very easy to understand way. She went through all the options I had for hearing aids and when they arrived the initial set up and follow up appointments were very good. It’s a lot of information to take in so spreading it across several appointments was very helpful.

The audiologist I saw was excellent providing good information from which I could make decisions regarding hearing aids etc. However, I was surprised and concerned that there were no toilet facilities available when my appointment was in the region of 2 hrs and I am 77yrs. Bearing in mind that most of the customer client group will be older, or taking medication that causes urinary frequency, I was disappointed that customers had no option but to visit a coffee shop further in the town. A particular issue for disabled customers. My 5 star rating is therefore linked to the audiologist not to the zero star rating for customer comfort.

Umeeka was very friendly and helpful, she carried out my hearing test very professionally, then gave good advice on the options for hearing aids. I've now had them fitted, she was very kind and has a good sense of humour. She explained clearly how to use them, and I also have follow-up appointments to check how I'm getting on with them.

UMEEKA did my hearing test today. It was so quick and easy and she put my mind at ease. I would recommend anyone to get a free hearing test to put their minds at ease.

The Audiologist was efficient and friendly - explaining everything she was doing and why.

The person who examined me was very friendly and had a sense of humour! She was thorough and if I didn't understand anything, she explained it to me.
She also did some tests which I hadn't had before on previous examinations, which I thought were very useful and practical.

Customer advisor made me feel very comfortable and explained everything he was going to do in simple terms
