The audiologist was efficient, but his impatient manner has put me off using this provider again.

The audiologist was both proficient and personable. The process was thorough and well considered. There was a lot of information to digest so I was pleased I had someone with me. The aids were fitted after what seemed like intensive testing and thus far seem ok. I have a second appointment in a month for any required adjustments.

A really helpful and informative staff member, who put me at my ease. Efficiently conducted the further hearing tests required and clearly explained the next steps.

Didnt like the pressure to sign up for a Hearing aid which was very expensive. There was no discussion about cost and possible solutions to my budget.
I was under pressure to sign there and then.
There was no explanation of the cost of a loan and I realised when I got home that the loan would cost much more than my budget Would allow.
So I cancelled my order. I will explore other providers now.

As this was my first ever hearing test I was nervous and did not know what to expect. However I recieved clear instruction as to what would happen which made me feel completely at ease. I was also shown and given a clear explanation of the outcome of the grafts on a screen. Tried and tested a pair of hearing aids which confirmed my need to make a purchase to improve my hearing and wellbeing.
