Boots cancellation of appointment and no call (text and email only). I had to call them and very limited choices for alternative appointment. Also call centre not aware of required appointment. Cancelled appointment was for full hearing test with new hearing aids. Booked in for a minor fitment check? Wanted same person for test/checks but could not book me on their day at the store

I took my 90 year old mum to be fitted with hearing aids, the whole experience was easy and very efficient, he was very kind and patient with her and very understanding of her needs

Martin was very good , straight forward and honest put me at ease and delivered all the information I needed to make my decision there and then.
