If I had to choice to buy my hearing aids again I WOULD NOT BUY THEM FROM boots. I have been trying since 9am this morning to get in touch with them 3 different phone numbers live chat but just left on hold. There after care is diabolical Iv been without one of my hearing aids now for 12 weeks. My appointment was today but I got a call at 8am this morning telling me it had been cancelled

The hearing test was very good.I was at ease the whole time I was there.If I had any grumble it would be the price of the aid, I would have thought a company as large as boot would be able to reduce the price of the units especially when two are required.
