Very polite and explained everything. On time with appointment

I'm really pleased with my new hearing aids. After struggling with my hearing for quite a while, I'm so glad I finally went to Boots for a test. The audiologist was most helpful and explained everything thoroughly, even showing me a chart on the screen which detailed what the problem was. I picked a cheaper pair of aids at first, which were okay, but after 2 weeks I decided it was worth spending more and I got them changed for a pair with less background noise, which have proved to have been worth the extra cost. If you're struggling with your hearing, please take a test. Hearing aids are not cheap, but you'll be pleasantly surprised the difference they can make to your life.

Went to boots in the Trafford Centre for a hearing test the audiologist was Hamza when it was decided I needed hearing aids he was very patient and explained everything. I later returned for the fitting and he was fantastic and made me feel very at ease explained everything again and gave a full breakdown of how to use them etc.

I was seen on time and my hearing aids are good.

I was seen today by Layba for my hearing test .
What an amazing lovely lady .
Explained everything perfectly.
Put me at ease and made sure I was ok with everything that was being done .
I felt extremely comfortable .
I will definitely be having any future hearing checks done at Boots from now on .

I was unsure as to what to expect, but Layba put me at ease, explaining the process carefully. Once the test was completed she went through the results, and said I’d be recalled in 2 years.

I booked a routine hearing test as I felt that my hearing was not as acute as it was and had recently had my ears micro suctioned, so felt it would be an ideal time.
The Audiologist Sanah, was very kind and professional and made me feel at ease. She also explained everything thoroughly.

Myself and my mother in law visited for a review on our hearing aids. I only had mine citted a month ago and they have changed my life immensely compared to my then satisfactory NHS aids.
At the review I got a longer connector wire for one of the aids so the aid fitted more easily and afull refresher session on the use of the app which for me is a wonderful thing.

My mother in law had a similar experience and an instant replacement for a charger which was playing up.

The audiologist Hamza does not miss a thing and has the patience of a saint. I would recommend him to anyone.

Had my appointment with Layba who was great easy to talk to and very pleasant really knows her stuff and was very helpful in explaining everything was so pleased thanks.

Audiologist was very good in providing useful advice. Appointment was kept on time. Location was perfect with free barking facilities.Hear wax removal was quick too.

After multiple repairs to my hearing aids, I contacted customer support to query contradictory information I had been given regarding what work had supposedly been carried out. I was told that “all electronics” had been replaced, yet the manufacturer repair reports provided to me do not actually state this anywhere. The reports only reference replacement of receivers and mic protectors.

When I politely questioned this inconsistency and asked for clarification, customer support became extremely unhelpful and even refused to allow me to escalate the matter to a manager.

For a healthcare-related service, I found the communication poor, the technical explanations questionable, and the overall handling dismissive. After several repair attempts, I’ve completely lost confidence in both the product support and the complaints process.

Based on my experience, I would strongly recommend that customers look carefully at alternative providers before committing.

One of my hearing aids had stopped working, layba was superb, no fuss and diagnosed the problem straight away. Fixed within 5 minutes. Great service.

Layba was welcoming and put me at ease. Everything was explained clearly around the test itself, as well as the results.

I was very happy with Layba who was very helpfu & plesant to deal with, and provided me with the accessories I needed for my earing aids.

Layba was polite, knowledgeable and friendly.
