Friendly, helpful staff
The staff were very friendly, helpful and informative. I was shown and given advice on types and styles of hearing aid, and given a much more thorough hearing test than the one I’d had with a hearing company I’d visited previously. All I all a much better experience.

Waterproof Heating Aids YES
Very thorough hearing test. I asked round in cheek as I thought they’d be impossible - for waterproof hearing aids and she said YES. I do a lot of aqua classes and unable to hear the instructor properly. I’ll be picking up my new 100% waterproof hearing aids later this week.

Excellent service
I made an appointment with the Boots Hearingcare centre at the Harlequin centre Watford for a hearing test. The whole process from the initial booking procedure to seeing the audiologist was easy and efficient. The audiologist in particular was friendly, polite and did everything to put me at ease. Subsequent appointments to choose and have hearing aids fitted were similarly pleasant and I was so impressed with my treatment.

Stress free experience
I was made to feel comfortable & could ask as many questions as wanted. The audiologist was very pleasant & caring, as i was a little nervous this made me relax more about whole experience.
