Absolutely abysmal service.
We ordered stubby holders for our wedding well in advance with a confirmation email back in February.
Upon sending an email closer to the date checking in our order as we had still not received it, we were informed that our order 'was shipped within the past couple of days and was on its way'. 8 days later, we followed up again (as our wedding was now less than 2 weeks away), to be informed there was a delay on their end, offered to cancel the order and receive a full refund or continue with the order and receive a 50% refund, but no guarantee it would arrive in time, stating the parcel 'may have been lost in transit'. We further enquired as to whether or not it had even been shipped and left the warehouse and received no communication regarding this.
3 days later we cancelled the order, to which they agreed and stated the money would be returned into our account 3-5 days later. It took a total of 9 days to return into our account.
During this ordeal, we sent multiple emails that were ignored and attempted to contact their listed phone number which was disconnected.
Boozies nearly ruined our day, and luckily we were able to find a local manufacturer who could make an express order at a higher cost to save the day. I would never go back top Boozies and hope you do not either!

Worst customer service ever

Worst customer service ever. My tracking number was generated a full week before it was even shipped and they kept just telling me it was on the way. Many false promises to check on the order or resend the order and they just kept repeating the same message. They have one customer service person working offshore that only replies in the evening and what seems like a 12 year old running their Facebook.

Quality is ok but I would definitely refrain from ordering especially if your order is time sensitive.

BEWARE NOT MADE IN AUSTRALIA!!

Whilst the product I received was good & the initial community regarding my design, prompt…it when down hill rather quickly from there. I am happy with my order just disappointed that I was given tracking information that did not exist & no idea when or if my order would arrive. They may be an Australian company they are NOT an Australian Manufacturer. I hate to think of the additional stress that a to be married couple would go through if they put an order in just before their nuptials. Seriously, they need to pick up their customer service game if they are going to continue as a business. Given that what they supply is NOT unique.

Poor Communication and Customer Support

Recently, we placed an order with Boozies. The initial design process was helpful and collaborative, which made the experience positive at first.
However, the product was ordered with a confirmed delivery timeline of 7–10 business days and was required 14 days prior to our event, allowing what we believed was sufficient lead time. Unfortunately, we were later informed of a delay, meaning the product would not arrive as promised.
What was most disappointing was the lack of communication once this delay was raised. We followed up with the company on three separate occasions prior to the scheduled delivery date and received no response. Communication ceased entirely once it became clear the timeline would not be met.
It has now been over three weeks, and there has still been no acknowledgement or correspondence from Boozies. The product eventually arrived after our event had passed, rendering the purchase unnecessary.
While delays can sometimes occur, the absence of timely communication and follow-up once concerns were raised was highly disappointing and unprofessional. Clear, responsive communication is essential, particularly when commitments cannot be met, and this experience did not reflect a collaborative or customer-focused approach.

I received the wrong stubby holders…

I received the wrong stubby holders twice, and when I contacted Boozie’s about the issue, I was told to fix the design myself using a permanent marker. This was very disappointing, especially after the mistake happened more than once. I’m also still waiting for my refund. Overall, a frustrating experience and poor customer service.

Arrived well after the event

Arrived well after the event. They let me know it might not arrive on time, so I said not to proceed with the order yet they did anyway and now won't answer any emails.
Sounds like everyone else's experience too.

Scam business

Placed an order over a month ago, and yet to arrive, sent multiple email follow ups with no response. No provided phone contact. Should have read these reviews first... this business is a scam

Terrible quality

Stay away!! Very bad quality stubby holder- print was smudged and was stuck together terribly. After 1 month and 15 emails i still never got a refund. The response from Nora was asking for photos over and over again even though I sent them through many times. Do not order from them!

Avoid completely.

As the other two 1 star reviews have said I paid extra for a rush order and have had to chase them up every step of the way with the order still sitting in their warehouse. I have told them multiple times that these are for my wedding and begged them to send them, they repeatedly told me the order was on it's way only to eventually send me a photo showing the product and the Australia Post label in their warehouse. 24 hours after that, the order STILL isn't on it's way. I've had to find another company and pay a rush order fee on that order to get wedding favours in time. I've asked Boozies to cancel my order and refund my money, 7 hours later I still haven't had a shipping notification or a reply to that email. Their 'customer service' rep is called Nora so I imagine the only 5 star review here is from her. Avoid this company.

Missed urgent order and full message bank!

We placed an order to make stubby coolers for my husband's wake on a Sunday night, we needed them delivered latest Friday. On Wednesday afternoon, we realised that we hadn't heard from them. We tried to call, the message bank was full we couldn't leave a message. We tried all options..... we then got told on Thursday 'Sorry, we missed your order'. We did get a refund, this caused our grieving family immense distress.

Awful response time

Awful response time - I paid for a fast service and the product still didn't come in time. Received a proof email and a shipping number but it is never sent. Just sits in their warehouse for days. I have no issue paying for a product, but don't charge $30 for a rush job if you're not going to rush it! At least refund the rush job fee. Avoid using this brand. Try VistaPrint Australia instead.

The team were quick to make sure we got our order as soon as possible (incredibly quick for a custom order), they were friendly and the product is fantastic. VERY happy with how they turned out. Will be back for any future orders. Thank you!!
