Absolutely abysmal service.
We ordered stubby holders for our wedding well in advance with a confirmation email back in February.
Upon sending an email closer to the date checking in our order as we had still not received it, we were informed that our order 'was shipped within the past couple of days and was on its way'. 8 days later, we followed up again (as our wedding was now less than 2 weeks away), to be informed there was a delay on their end, offered to cancel the order and receive a full refund or continue with the order and receive a 50% refund, but no guarantee it would arrive in time, stating the parcel 'may have been lost in transit'. We further enquired as to whether or not it had even been shipped and left the warehouse and received no communication regarding this.
3 days later we cancelled the order, to which they agreed and stated the money would be returned into our account 3-5 days later. It took a total of 9 days to return into our account.
During this ordeal, we sent multiple emails that were ignored and attempted to contact their listed phone number which was disconnected.
Boozies nearly ruined our day, and luckily we were able to find a local manufacturer who could make an express order at a higher cost to save the day. I would never go back top Boozies and hope you do not either!
