Boss has been reliable and available for parts if needed. Compared to other plows that I have, I will continue to order Boss when replacing or adding on my trucks in the future.

I love my plow. It's easy to get on and off. The controls are simple and everything just works.

Electrical wiring for plow and handheld controller becomes extremely stiff in cold weather. When hooking up plow I can hear insulation creaking and possibly cracking, also VERY stiff. Hand held coiled wiring is so stiff that it will not stay in chubby hold. Also the velcro strap on this device I can not get my hand with gloves on, into strap.

Only got to use twice as no snow due to geoengineering. Practice will make perfect. Really like it. Wish I had one of those plow protectors to save driveway and lawn in early and late season removal

A rugged plow for rough terrain. Easy to use

I have had good experience with Boss plows. The most recent plows I got are good but not what I expected. The EXT does not allow snow to roll off the trailing end very well, packs up in front of the plow and spills off the front edge. It is very good for catching and carrying.

Been using Meyer plows for 30 years, their quality on welds breaking and not covering made us switch to Boss. Should have switched years ago!

Knowledgeable dealer and tech's to set plow up and go over how to properly use and take care of same.

We have purchased several snow removal products from American Equipment in KCKS. They are reliable, priced fair and great to deal with. We have a 23yr old Boss V that still works excellent as well as the new V we purchased last year. Thank you for the great products.

I finally bit the bullet and bought myself a brand new Boss v plow that I have been eyeballing for years. I can say I love the boss v plow. I know a lot of people that use them and have nothing but good things to say. The plow itself is top quality. I feel like Boss is going with less quality parts to save cost, I’m guessing. My brand new wire harness had an internal broken wire from the factory. It took me a while to figure out what was wrong with it. The place I bought it from tested the harness and found the same thing. They did replace the harness at no charge, but it was a lot of monkey business I shouldn’t have had to deal with. Also, the cylinder that brings the plow up and down has a bad seal. It leaks hydraulic fluid which is annoying. This is a brand new plow I used it twice. I’m hoping they will replace it at now charge. If the cylinder can get taken care of I would be willing to change my review.

Great product 9.2 DXT with downpressure, and always improving design...ie the DXT. Been using BOSS since 2005

The vendor was able to work with me to find a way to get the ATV blade to fit onto my machine. My manufacturer is newer in the ATV world so there was not a specific mounting unit that could be used. My vendor had to make some changes to fabrication to make it fit.
I do wish that I had better training for removing and attaching the blade. I struggled much when I removed the blade for the first time. I wish that they would have made me do it myself (or physically do it for me) instead of just verbalizing how to detach it.

being able to tie in our new Boss plow with the mounts and electrical off our old Boss plow. Basically plug and play.

The sales process was super simple. They had a wide variety of products and made cost effective recommendation(s) based on my needs. The installation crew worked on a brand-new truck with less than 300 miles without any issues. A demonstration awaited me at time of delivery and many helpful tips are on their website. The cable connections are VERY difficult to make. Maybe if it is sunny and 80 degrees but not at ZERO F.

Nothing really new to explain. Been a BOSS snowplow person for over 20 years. Great product and a great team at our local dealership. Very knowledgeable and go that extra step to ensure you have the right product.

Had to have readjusted after 2 storms, kept bending over. Worked good the first time. I think once we get used to putting it on it will continue to get easier.

The plow and hydraulics are great. the electrical plugs are an issue , you cant use the fixed brackets for the plugs without the plugs separating in use. Operators need to be aware of the plow dropping if in float while plugging in electrical connections.
