Wrong package delivered. Ordered razor but delivered trimmer

one star is even more than what they deserve....i guess no star should be there. no response whatsoever, my item never delivered and no replies since then.

Customer service Adam was a terrible help desk . He takes 2.5 months to help me with the problem . He keeps delay and delay because he doesn’t wanna type .

THIS IS A SCAM. I PAID ON THE 7TH AND TILL DATE THE SHIPMENT HAS NOT BEEN OPICKED UP. I'LL ESVCALATE THIS TO THE MINSTRY OF TRADE SINCE YOU DON'T HAVE THE COURTESY TO REPLY ME

It's my first electric shaver and it's so safe i recommend it to anyone trying for the first time.

Nice website easy to navigate and purchase. Bad support as I have sent a support message 15 hours ago, and I have no answer about an issue on the address of the order

After almost 2 months:
Absolutely Ridiculous Shipping & Hidden Costs! ⭐☆☆☆☆ I placed an order expecting a reasonable delivery time, but here I am, 1.5 months later, and my package is STILL stuck in the delivery service! To make matters worse, I now have to pay €79 in extra taxes and tolls, which is half the price of the products themselves! If I had known that ordering from this country would come with such absurd hidden costs, I would have NEVER bothered. The lack of transparency is unacceptable. No clear warning about the extra charges, no real tracking updates, just endless waiting and now an outrageous extra fee. If you're thinking of ordering, DON'T—unless you enjoy wasting your time and money.

I ordered 2 products, and I only got 1 . I sent an email and awaiting a reply. I hope to get my second item on time so I can give the gift on time.

Long battery life. Very clean and safe shave. Would definitely recommend to my family and friends

Good and clean

cuts so smooth and short i only had to shave two rounds. usually with gillette i have to go 4-5, and it took me half the time. also i could run over pimples and everything and not a single cut. also no hair got caught in the razor after using. i can never go back to a normal razor. also delivery was soo fast, two days. props to bovem. making my already amazing shaving experience 10x better
